I have FC3. I've got this mod to work before, but just placing the folder in either destination is not working. That's why I'm asking is there anything else that needs to be done.

I've tried to install this mod based on the installation instructions given, but none of them work and I'm unable to use the mod? As instructed, I've dropped the "Pak-fa" folder into both SavedGames and mods/aircraft and it still does not appear. Anything extra need to be done?

Its not just VR.. its there in non-VR as well. Its only the Su-33 that's affected!

Thanks erniedaoag. Much appreciated, will try the mod when I get home! Regarding Rudel's statement, no issues with him not wanting to change it, but at least give users an option on what to use. A clear cockpit glass or the dirty one. If not, then we'll have to use mods!

Yes, please, I would love for an option to use clean cockpit glass. Right now, the MiG-21 is unusable. I can't even see the runway properly with the current cockpit.

Nice report! Unfortunately, all missiles are bugged, not only the R-77 and ED have supposedly been looking at the missiles for a long time. So don't expect a fix anytime soon.

There has to be a 4th Gen Russian Multirole aircraft like MiG-29K or Su-30/Su35

I really don't care what other aircraft they put into FC4 as long as it has a single 4th Gen Russian Jet (FC level), then its good. MiG-29K looks a nice candidate and so is the Su-30 (maybe not Su-30 as its dual-seat). I mean they had the MiG-29K already in the original Su-27 Commander versions and I believe there are remnants of the MiG-29K code still available in some lua file in the game. Come on, just slap on the MiG-29 PFM they are currently working on, add Su-25T weapons capability, some fancy MFDs, and a working hook from the Su-33 and voila MiG-29K..:D (Long shot, I know, but I got to try)

If there's going to be an FC4, please can you guys introduce a 4th Gen Russian multirole fighter like a Su-30/34/35 or a MiG-29K/MiG-31 since the hope of getting a DCS level one is 0 right now.

ED should look into a way to making Deferred Shading turned off for those of us that can't afford a graphics card upgrade especially with the insane prices these cards are at right now.

We definitely need a 4th Gen Russian fighter. This "focus" on "Western" 4th gen jets is irritating for those of us in the East. I mean, come on, the West get DCS: F-14, FC3 F-15C, and DCS F-18. There was once probably a F-22 & F-16 too coming out, but all we get is FC3 Su-33, Su-27 and MiG-29 that are half baked and can't use its designed systems. To ED, we desperately need a Russian DCS level 4th Gen Fighter.

Just don't expect AIM-120C performance. The R-77 is almost equal or even less than the AIM-120B, but its always nice to have a true active, fire and forget missile! Going to be awesome! Can't wait.

It looks like they can't fix the memory leak or memory management and term that only 32 GB RAM will fix it I suppose?

This is so wrong for DCS at least! This is true only if the opponent you are flying against is stupid enough to fly straight to you! Against a pilot who knows how to fight, you can forget about this tactic! EDIT: Also, why waste your "killer" missile as a first shot when you have the longer range ERs (whose tracking is garbage) when you are expecting the bandit to evade the first T missile? I really don't understand. I really doubt that the real Su-27S has this capability you describe. It just sounds so out of whack. Certain things like terminal SARH guidance requires faster updates and stronger signals and it can't be achieved via command guidance I believe

MiG-29S doesn't have in-flight refueling. Only the Su-33 does!

Just fly the mission entirely on Autopilot. That way, it will take you to all the waypoints. If you fail to go to all the waypoints, the mission is a failure.

We'll never know if it is properly "simulated" as we don't have a real test result of the R-27T to go by. I'm just giving you my in-game experience.
