  1. https://discord.gg/sySYqKEw2M Combined Joint Task Force Theta is a US-based DCS tactical realism group with an emphasis on joint air/land/sea multi-national operations. As a tactical realism group, our focus is on the employment of realistic military tactics and doctrine. The group’s main activity are handcrafted campaigns. Campaign missions are run on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. Most often the campaigns depict realistic military operations, but we are not above more fantastical plots on rare occasions. CJTF-Theta does not have mandatory attendance policies. We understand the fact that life sometimes gets in the way of pastimes. The group also does not stipulate that we be the only DCS community that you participate with. If you are interested in joining, want to learn more, or just want to pop in now and then for a flight connect with us via our Discord linked beneath. Any other DCS communities interested in participating in our campaigns, events, or connecting for any other reason are welcome to reach out to us as well. null CLICK ME! https://discord.gg/sySYqKEw2M

  3. Reposting in correct sub-forum Subject ^^ Multithread, Reverb G2 and current OB version. Works as intended in non-VR, not MT. Have not tested in non-VR MT.
  4. JTF-191 already hosts a multi-role attack squadron under a Combat Aviation Brigade. We currently fly the Hind, Huey and KA-50, but will be moving almost exclusively to the Apache in the coming days. If interested, please see our website for more info and we'll get in touch! https://jtf191.com/#/
  5. Always looking for pilots for the FA-18, A10, helicopters, Harriers and the F16
  6. No, the view moves around as intended, I believe. The images for each eye, I think, are the exact same, or are displayed in a way where I can not physically focus my eyes.
  7. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have the G2 and great graphical settings. Whenever I switch over to the aiming station in VR, it seems like it's rendering the exact same image in both eye instead of offset images (as if you closed one eye, and then the other). This makes my brain freak out and is impossible to focus. It's pretty killer on my eyes. Anyone else?
  8. Hello, I'm with the JTF-191, and we like our helo stuff. Like you, several of us are in the military or separated, and *most* of us aren't about to pretend like we're back to work. Because f*** that. Our heli group is about 6 men strong, to compliment a very large fixed wing component (about 50 fixed wingers), so we're pretty relaxed and, in a way, kind of do our own deal. The most military that we'll get is the elaborate planning of the campaigns and some TTPs and maneuvers, and radio stuff, but otherwise that's it. Right now, we primarily fly the Hind or KA-50, but we love the Huey in the off-time. We have real rotary experience here, so feel free to pick our brains and learn something. EST group, 2000 timeframe, Tue/Thu/Sat mostly. Check us out at https://www.jtf191.com or hmu on the messenger here if you have questions. Best,
  9. Mi-24P now primary CAB platform for you rotor heads out there
  10. Cheva, in the past, we have hosted a few BFM tournaments, and we always have guys here willing to practice some BFM, BVR PvP. On the big competitive level, probably not, but internally, we have some fun every so often.
  11. Greetings, We have four active FA-18C squadrons and many other opportunities too. See this:
  12. Hey! We'd love to see you over in the JTF-191. We are a US-based group (Eastern Time), and we fly the FA-18C, F14B, F16C, AV8B, and the A10CII, and will eventually incorporate an Army air wing when we get the Kiowa. We usually play together on Tues/Thurs, and will do a mission on Saturdays. We also run campaigns for several months at a time, in which our mission planners take much time to create a story and clever dynamics for a fun series. We offer plenty of training time for those who would like it, and we would love to help you become more proficient in whichever airframe you prefer. Our organization strives for "tactical realism", so more focused on the tactical planning and execution, but we also are quite relaxed and make an effort for everyone to feel at home. If you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to reach out to me here, on Discord (Payno#8263) or at our website (https://jtf191.com/#/about) Best, Payno
  13. Zimpow, we'd love to have you. Our F16 program is growing every week, and our instructor, Datajack, is very willing to teach you anything you'd like to know. He is very knowledgeable of the airframe. If you're interested, please shoot me a message, add me on Discord (Payno#8263), or visit our website at JTF191.com and I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. Best,
  14. Hey Hallsy, The JTF-191 is a group of enthusiasts from all backgrounds who fly semi-seriously with all types of Western aircraft. The JTF-191 also represents the Air Force, the Navy, the USMC and eventually Army aviation. Most of us in the 13th MEU here are ex-military, and a handful of us are Marines, and we have us a good time. We fly the Harrier and the Hornet, and eventually helos (but probably army focused). Also, we would love Harrier drivers. I'm one of those few who appreciate that marvelous airframe and fly that in the group primarily. Hope this is within the scope of your question. If you have any questions, shoot me a message here or on Discord (Payno#8263) or visit our website at www.jtf191.com EDIT: While our campaigns and cruises are one cooperative effort, we try to focus the 13thMEU into the ground support role for the MEU GCE for a cool dynamic. That's what sets us Marine guys apart and it's pretty dope. Best, Payno
  15. Just a bump for my beloved AN/APR-39 :)
