That's the map I expected...more or less, (maybe not so far inland Sweden, but certainly the whole east coast part). It doesn't have to be as detailed as NTTR map. It also has to be appealing to non-Swedes, for different cold-war scenarios, versatility & it has to sell. I hope that's what we'll get.

The new FLIR is promised for 2.0. only! 1.5 Caucasus won't get it for another year at least, since the merge of 1.5 into 2.0 is not a priority this year, see Wags post: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?...&postcount=208 So basically you have to buy 2.0...if you want an working FLIR...sometime in 2016.

Yes it's still broken, at least doing it the old way. In this mission it works (v 1.5.2).

Hello Bucic, I use this fast mission(see attachment) as an estimate. It's an instant mission, 15 Mig-15's vs 15 F-86's. Guy's if you want to have back the 1:st bigger introduced model enlargement settings small/medium/large in 1.5.1 then do this: in DCS World\Config\Effects change the values (with Notepad++) in impostors.lua to this: Small: Maxsize: 20 Minsize: 6.0 AlphaExp: 0.0 Medium: Maxsize: 20 Minsize: 8.0 AlphaExp: 0.0 Large: Maxsize: 20 Minsize: 10.0 AlphaExp: 0.0 And you get the larger settings back. Thanx, I didn't get the results as I wanted, after trying different nr's. Your nr's worked best though & it was some improvement with the model disappearing in front, but I couldn't spot from even 10nm/18km. I want the visibility to be as it was when small/medium/large options were 1:st introduced in the beginning of 1,5 open beta. ED needs to fix this & why don't they bother to even comment, it's been 2 patches already?

Latest v 1.5.2 I'm having CTD on almost every time exiting DCS.

It's pretty much standard equipment in all "older" Russian cockpits, from helicopters to airliners. I like them very much on the Mi-8, nice job BT:smilewink:

My favorite Camo. Seems very different from the "usual darker" Como, as it's more brighter.

The whole movie is about the dismantle of the 6:th Fighter-Bomber Regiment, in 1998 from Pila airbase. It starts of with some brief history of the airbase & mentions it's international cooperation with other air-forces. From 7:00-7:35 (Viggen sequence) the speaker says: "A 2km long & 16m wide public highway, surrounded by woods, served as an assessment of pilots skills. The last exercise element, featuring Swedish & Polish pilots, was the take-off from the highway & landing at the home airbase." El Hadji's Flygvapennytt's article is from 2002, but the movie is from 98, also the airbases are different, there must have been exchanges before the introduction of SWAFRAP.
