Hello Eric & Patrick, Yep the new upgrade killed off my Lakota and Apache....what has ED got against native american tribes man :smartass: Totally understand that if others have it working, probably one of MANY other MODS I have. My problem. However, just removed all the aircraft MOD's and put the Apache in,.....c' est ne pas le Apache, my attempt at no Apache. No problem if you can't fix it, appreciate what you do and IMHO you do MODS very well THANK YOU

NTTR info and mission by the 476
flyingscotsman replied to Stuka's topic in DCS: Nevada Test and Training Range
NTTR Mission problem Thanks for the excellent work. However after the last update, my coalitions in the nttr mission, all I have opened so far, have all become BLUE, except for the USAF Insurgesnts. I did repair, cleanup etc, but no change. I checked Caucuses and Persian Gulf, they still have my coalitions. It's not the end of the world if I call the Red's the aggressors, but thought you should know. Once again thanks for making Nevada a very interesting place to fly round -
Thanks for sharing, nice to see the 1 Tonne, sadly I wasn’t allowed/able to drive them, legs too long lol. The detail well worth seeing. I do question the value of the newspapers and too many cafe’s, but if I was driving, ok I get it. You should have made it a taxi and charged , ????

Just seen the 1 min VNAO T-45 untuned video. Excellent cockpit and carrier shots. Glad to get a FAST jet trainer back in DCS. Simple to fly and enjoy a flight when you get home and are “cream crackered” after a hectic day. Thank you I hope the skinner fraternity will get it back into RAF colours, ????. Thank you all for your hard work -

:)Just watched your 1 min vid on U-Tube flying off the carrier. ????. The cockpit is WAY ahead of what’s in the older hawk, I’ll miss all t,he clocks and watches,, I wasn’t born digital. However, the flexibility the T-45 gives us, with carrierr capability and FAST jet trainer, is IMHO just brilliant. I hope the skinners will take up the challenge to put it’s grandad’s skins on it to get in RAF colours. Interesting mix of British engineering and American technology working well... Thank you -

Big Disappointment, I don't have discord. I was really looking forward to that. Hope they can talk to ED and come to an agreement. I'm always an optimist -

Be glad to see this whenever it's ready, this is one of the most beautiful aircraft in the world IMHO. I spent Hours making a model of it, worked hard on my airbrushing etc. Next house move....it disappeared, no idea what happened to it lol. Must get another one day -
Just a comment, At Duxford, where we can see the B-17 and the P-47 fly, I was surprised at how quiet they sounded, not really the throb of 4 merlins with the Lancaster and nothing like as noisy as a Shackelton which gave you ten minutes warning it was inbound. However, yes a bit more 'volume' would be nice IMHO, But LOVE the P-47, It's brought me back to the Warbirds again.

You landed it, man I'm jealous, generally I do ok, but I cannot slow this beasty down and I'm porpoising, (yes my own PIO'S) Need to adjust the warthog, but thoroughly enjoying the aircraft. Now on 4th attempt I got it down but took out the undercart in a bounce, but this time the wings and fuselage remained attached.....I would have walked away,......its a landing:pilotfly:

how to make SAR helicopter have same speed as carrier
flyingscotsman replied to probaco's topic in DCS: Supercarrier
 Yep my hello pilot uses aviator kts and the carrier uses sailors kts....pilots and sailors never agree in my limited experience and when you screw up and eject the helo crew stay put...unhelpful lot. Thanks for the tips -
Nice work, very immersive. I landed the UH-1 on the forward deck after checking my first attempt to populate the deck and got an OK 4 wire from the LSO,

Would love to see this become reality, we grew up in the UK on the Lightning as our permier interceptor, ok, It may not have shot down many aircraft but it sure exercised with many and even gave the F-15 a run for it's money when the F-15 First came across the pond. (Old age and treachery will beat youth and enthusiasm- 8 Sqn AEW force) and we HAVE to find out against the MIG-21....Fancy the Jag too

A big thank you for the hard work tonight
flyingscotsman replied to Larkis's topic in DCS: Supercarrier
Totally in agreement, well said, Larkis. This is the ONLY way I would EVER get aboard a carrier, in a plane. So I have to wait a bit....been on the planet 6++ years....we have NEVER HAD IT SO GOOD (Harold Macmillan, British PM). My hats off the all Eagle Dynamics and their staff and MOD helpers. Reality check, In the military I was due to go back home after assisting at big bombing that had happened, The big bird landed and some of us were recalled to duty, that's disappointment....my bags got home safe though lol. Man my wife had a LOT to say about that later This is just a wait for a game IMHO -
