  1. And that is not true fsr (and is 1.0 also). A proper 2.0 implementation from ED would be the night and day
  2. Psvr is compatible with PC with some hacks and trinusVR software (never tried myself). Probably with the psvr2 being an inside-out device with no external hardware dependencies and a single usb-c cable, those hacks will be much simpler (maybe just the software needed).
  3. Dcs VR is heavily CPU dependant, especially in complicated environments like multiplayer, scripting and AI heavy missions. While better GPU will let you push more pixels at the same or better frame times...if your CPU cannot keep up, you will be stuck at less then 90 (or whatever is needed) fps. The 5800x3d at the moment is a CPU that is able to help in the situations I described with its huge cache.
  4. For me the AP is not working. I am also a VP force owner. I am able to engage it, but then it is not really engaged as the aircraft will immediately find it self in a dive. How do you manage to correctly engage it? I enable altitude hold, enable autopilot (or viceversa), trim the plane for level flight and then press the nws button.
  5. DirectX ffb Buy the maker is planning also to augment the effects via lua exports
  6. There are also issues with the Autopilot. About the stick position, it is shifted forward always (air or cold/hot start on the ground). At least on my side, I am not able to use it (VPForce's Rhino FFB base)
  7. I own almost every module. I am flying the tomcat and the Hornet the most. I am not using too much the Viper, but I like it and know it quite well. I am not an helicopter driver (i lack the basics) but I am trying to learn the apache (only how to fly it for now...not combat).
  8. I suggest you to read better their FAQ, and if you have time to listen to two episodes of the Air Combat Sim podcast which involved Truegrit and Heatlblur. In brief, they are starting at early access with the capabilities of the first versions which saw service (mainly AA), and then they will model also later systems for AG. Then, they stated that the firs release will be based on a german version, but it will be more of a frankstein version like any on the ones you could find on the flight line today. Some time ago, they also released a sceenshot with a german painted and a Uk painted Ef-2000, one without the pirate, and the other with it mounted. Anyway I don't want to hijack this thread
  9. We are getting the Pirate with the Typhoon. Just not at release probably
  11. The problem for me is in SIM, with the Communication (or Jester) menu opened. If I am just testing (or training) voice commands, I see all the take 'X' commands correctly recognized. During use in SIM, it does not work.
  12. My latest experiences with Vaicomm Pro are subpar...things that worked are not working anymore, and this is after a lot of training and care on my side. For example...very big issues for me is that the multiple take x commands (for radio menu) are not working, and I don't understand why as in the voice attack dialog if I pronounce take 1 (or the others) the voice is recognized. But in game if I say show options, the menu appears...but then any other take 'x' is not recognized. Tried everything, switched to VSPX, resetted database, lua etc....but it just does not work anymore. It's a shame but I am thinking of ditching Vaicom pro and use Baileys profiles.
  13. Giusto....tanto avete lo chaffeur di turno [emoji8]
  14. dovrebbero essere piuttosto simili. mancheranno praticamente tutti gli ammodernamenti che hanno portato alla possibilità di usare armamento di precisione.
  15. So are you planning to make it compatible with all the devices and not only yours?...
  16. Well, things are already changing. There is the Rhino which a lot of DCS users are receiving (I am one of those who already have it in their hands). So there is definitely new hardware out there, and also DIY projects Yes spring based joystick are the main audience, but you have also to consider that we are just asking for the basics, like a proper aircraft handling and aerodinamic trim. For non FBW jets, warbirds and helicopters proper force feedback is a big difference. Of course the love Heatblur put into their F14 ffb implementation is welcome, but as said we are not asking strange or exotic effecs and similar stuff, but just to be able to fly properly
  17. I thing that putting maximum performance only for DCS profile solves what you say. Am I wrong?
  18. They will only start with a German variant, but it will be a little of a frankstein version. The pirate should be there
  20. Yeah, I am working on that, reviewing all modules issues with FFB
  21. I have it as well. And it is working correctly for me. I use it as a joystick, so i mapped every button, to a dx button in the razer software. Unfortunately some time the profile won't activate, maybe that is what is happening to you
  22. There is a new base around which is slowly but steadily bringing back ffb users. I think some efforts could be done to improve ffb experience in dcs
  23. I spent a night flying the Mosquito with my Rhino FFB stick, its motors and spring force are much stronger then the FFB2 or the g940 (i had both previously) but in any case it is really too sensitive with a FFB stick. I have to say that also the Mirage F1 has similar issues for me, and precision flying is quite difficult with those two modules. Curves are no-go for FFB users, so I hope that these issues can be mitigated with some fixes
  24. I have the same issue using Rhino FFB base, probably Razbam didn't implement this at all. Also the Mirage F1 has the same issue. Other modules works fine
  25. except there is now a FFB stick out there...check walmis's Rhino base... I have one and is FFB in 2022...awesome
