Misleading product description [NS430 & NS430 for Mig 29]
rcjonessnp175 replied to Pougatchev's topic in DCS: NS 430
I bought the 430 many years ago and the mig 29 addon with the understanding it will be primary controller for radios.... -
so, is this going to get implemented? I went and bought it for the Mig-29 as the store page says it will be a comms device as well. Feel like a sucker at this stage @BIGNEWY?

this is the way!!!

Wow cant wait for the shiny new frog to come out, waiting to fly some cool afghan user made campaigns with this, full fidelity or not will be sic in VR. Yes this is the one Airframe i dream about full fidelity version.
-
Wow still no body in the OG module, will say the quality of bodies in the modules do have them is next level, all the more it’s hard to keep waiting for our shark to get love.

Agree, wish the Fishbed got the Blackshark treatment, all new model and to today’s standards in the dcs ecosystem

map looks like a dream come true, in my opinion dcs should focus on cold war era, but will say a ww2 version of this map would be epic as well. Havent looked but hope the little Mainz airfield is in too -

Very well put, and 100 percent agree. I think it would be a wonderful addition to the mi8 especially with the dynamic campaign and all the possibilities in the rolodex of mission types.....
-
Is there a list of exactly what warbirds have it? Thanks

Dear lord, what next? -
Where is the 80’smusic cassette player as well?
-
mi8 is one of the most in depth modules, be great to get a upgrade to it like our Shark got.

https://discord.gg/SAq65JPh best is to read up on the discord for the app has all the step by step instructions, short answer is no its wireless as most of us buy a second dedicated router that only the headset connects to for wireless. Totally uninstall all the oculus and meta software as its not used for VD
-
same issue here if using meta software, totally uninstalled that stuff and use Virtual desktop, i now can take headset off and put back on and doesn't go black screen like the meta software.
-
Still ghosts with just dlaa on and no dlss, especially in vr.
-
Like the A8 it would be wonderful to have the Vr pilot bodies in the pit. Wish WW2 would get more manpower in the dev cycles. Reality is we have an awesome playground for the mossie with channel map and normandy 2. Anyways be great to get the Wooden Wonder finished up Cheers

what about reaching out to any sme aka still living pilots from the era granted i know not many around still, and or Westpac in Colorado Springs? Ill be back there in couple weeks hopefully and will stop by and ask the folks in the back. My thoughts are that anything and everything should be jettisoned just like the bombs and or gas tanks, especially if the pilot is going to ditch the aircraft or has landing gear failure doing a belly landing.
