Thought it was at the beginning of the year where Cobra mentioned that we'd see more info on it before we get to 6 months. Now whether that meant pictures of it from time to time or outright new info on systems, weaponry, cockpit pics, etc. Is beyond me.

Those pictures are very old. They posted them quite some time ago on their Facebook. Those pictures may not of even been posted immediately after they were captured.

They could just be avoiding sharing that right now until they can show everything off in a video or something. Chances are, it's done but with how HB operates, it won't be shown off until the end.

They might've either thought that, because of its showcase at the show, it was already released for the public. Could also be that they are thinking of the C for whatever reason but I imagine there are some details they missed when making that post.

If you rename the thread, could be a good place to have all naval livery requests.

I think it's kinda hard to say that sales may be affected to a serious degree due to another similar aircraft in game. I think one of the leading reasons people buy modules in the first place is because they like that aircraft, not just because of the role it fills. I imagine there are people that buy for role related purposes but still, probably isn't going to be enough to effect sales. The main thing that would kill sales, in my opinion, would be the way the sale is handled and what the quality is like on release. If you have an aircraft that is basically unplayable on release, the word will travel fast and people who hesitated on buying it, will wait longer or be put off altogether.

I wonder if tests will be more useful with the F-4 with how the dynamic wear for components could possibly be done. If it's saved between missions or even in MP servers where you do a lot of landing and start ups again, may want to make sure the aircraft is still functional. Not sure if it'll be something that goes beyond just repairing the aircraft with the ground crew but it'll be very interesting to see how it plays out.

If only that were possible. You could say that it would be 10/04/2023 though if you just remove the trailing zero's~.

Is there any info on how large the map will be in terms of file size? This is definitely one of my most anticipated releases but I would want to make sure I actually have the storage space to download it.

They mentioned that any of those upgraded F-4E from other countries won't be happening past livery.

Thinking of that, I wonder if Cambodia, Laos, and Nam would be all on the map or if they'd only focus on a part of Vietnam. It's interesting to think about how they would approach a Vietnam map. If Laos was included, you have the most heavily bombed country in the world, which I imagine would lead to a ton of missions for the various aircraft we have.

They aren't supposed to be on this thread, it's supposed to be specifically for the E model. If someone wanted to, why not make a thread for livery designs that are fictional or perhaps don't go on the model we are getting first?

I chalk it up to boomers being boomers and coping over the naval phantom not releasing first. Otherwise, it's probably people who will perform sacrilege and put a navy livery on the E.

I'll simply drop my entire payload on top of those Marine Phantoms. Don't need to worry about A2A if the enemy can no longer take off~.

Probably once F-4 is close to EA release or once it is released.

Of course, those of us who prefer the USAF Phantoms should be disregarded since we're obviously too OP for those Navy guys. The E deserves as much love as the naval phantoms, it was the second model I learned about after the B/C variants and they were based at my nearest air base when they were in their prime (even though I missed them flying there by the time I was born).

I'm almost more curious to know if we'll be able to use miles on the pre order, especially after seeing that the F-15 isn't allowing them.

Guess they'll find out how niche once the pre-order and release comes around. E might not be as iconic as naval F-4 but they'll definitely still be popular.

Would that be for a what if scenario where the Japanese added the AE slats?
