I don't think so I think it's like the Super Taurus/Orion(2), the PTO2 must have been developed with the cost and sales of the original panels in mind Cheaper to produce and 'all the functions' people bought either one or the other PTO for (Though I still question the decision why there are zero axes on the PTO2, but this may have to do with the type of controller they decided on)

Looking at what's on the tin, these being RTX cards, one would expect the 5th generation top of the line of these cards to handle at least that part of their name Frame generation isn't what's needed Instead of throwing AI chips on that card to create "3 extra best guess screenshots", they should have upped the RT performance at the very least, so that they are actually capable doing what's the hell they're designated as

Noobie cant finish tutorial, generator failure. Its a bug
Nightdare replied to LaLa's topic in DCS: AH-64D
??? For all I know, with the powerlevers on fly, you should actually turn the APU off, so taking of with the APU off doesn't sound like a bug- 7 replies

I put a Next Level Flight seat on my Obutto frame.
Nightdare replied to Headwarp's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Racing seats are great to remain in position, awkward to bad if you need to move around, fine in racing, counterproductive in dogfights When I got my Playseat, I was looking for a decent (affordable) seat that was as straight as possible, because my previous bucket seat gave me quit some problems checking 6 in VR, where I had to lift myself out of the seat on one butt cheek and 'curl' around the bolsters (no the playseat isn't the shallowest available, but at the price it was, and a HFS8 seat diminished the bowl even more) -
It's not made up What chapter of "Pay first / receive later" did you skip in Life's lessons 101?

I would think that, regardless my personal views, the 5080 is a step up from the 4080 super, which was already trading equal blows with the XTX7900 With the 5080, you're getting GDDR7, +/- 50% faster than GDDR6X, which was +/- 25% faster than GDDR6 The 4080 super 16gb GDDR6X/256 bus was already not a problem vs the XTX normal 24gb GDDR6/384 bus in performance

Turtle Beach Velocity One Rudder Pedals - Any Reviews/Comments Please?
Nightdare replied to DD_Friar's topic in Input Devices
I see the Turtle Beach at €285 That money gets you Winwing pedals, save a few € extra and you can get the damper with that -
Slowing down the thumb stick
Nightdare replied to VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants's topic in Input Devices
Set up a curve, or if it's for a moving cursor that doesn't need recenter like in some MFD's, you can probably use just a portion of the axis and cut off well before max. value -
Had similar issues when several peripherals were bound to the same axis

I believe I just read page after page of arguing the insanity of the meaning of MSRP ...which -unless I'm suffering from the Mandela effect, when i was young, actual sales price was always below it, giving a false idea in advertisement that outlets were actually giving people deals Also, manufacturers' prices -if sold directly, always were the highest, to not compete in their own market with their partners and importers

You know boys, instead of beating each other over the head with what we all can agree is basic (ab)use of market capitalism How about we go back to the regular programming that these new 50x0 cards aren't as big positive developments for actual performance, power consumption and price 3 things that we can all agree on, were major issues for the previous gen Truth of the matter is that the newest top performing card can still not handle RT, not without faking it, not without using less (or even equal) power, not even at an equal price 4 generations of RTX, still 200% short of basic performance, where the even more advanced AI isn't used to boost the tech, but disguise its failings to even larger degree than the previous gens

Hio JF What will the physical dimensions be?

...But does it support virpil analogue brake levers yet?

Isn't the X56 a Logitech product now? Since both are on the fritz, I'm not suspecting broken wires (though interference of those might throw the HID out of whack), of course being Saitek, I wouldn't be surprised both failed at the same time Have you tried different replugging (to different) USB ports?

Meta Quest 3 (512GB) OR Somnium Titan or Ultimate Edition
Nightdare replied to SnowTiger's topic in Virtual Reality
The 4090 can't handle much more than the Quest-level of VR headsets anyway At least with that price/performance bracket, you can set things mostly at full fidelity -
I speak from experience that Murphy's law is most definitely a thing I have had orders where mistakes were made on every level of a sale Best example I ever faced: From the customer ordering, to the administration losing the order, the pickers picking the wrong item, the forwarder delivering to the wrong address, the customer sending back a different item than the wrong one, the item getting lost in returns, sending back the correct item being wrong because the wrong item was returned by the customer, sending the correct, correct item, only to hear back the customer ordered the wrong item in the first place and the item we send after the wrong item returned, but was the wrong item, ended up being the correct item in the first place, ... but was already on its way to be returned and in the end there was a mistake in the invoice, which luckily wasn't my dept.'s problem ...yeah, I kid you not

That it's not really an upgrade 'compared to previous' But the Current 4080 super is doing fine in benchmarks compared to the 1/3rd Wider Bus, 1/3rd Bigger Memory XTX7900 (even keeping its superior RT out of the picture) From above example, the 6X, seems to measure itself fine with wide/more regular GDDR6 GDDR7 being about twice the speed, a 'limited' bus/mem size might not be such an obstacle as may be perceived Same here, that lower clock may not be such an impediment as perceived without a good comparison between the tech and machine code used for the newer card

Odd, since I consider their latter throttle offerings being more about esthetics than actual function compared to Real World applications
