  1. hello yes i turned that off and can play without raytracing, thats okay for now. I think there is a problem with quadviews but i dont want to turn off quadviews, will wait for a solution with the next patches
  2. i have also this exact issue, and some cockpit textures are missing or defective which you can see in the pictures

  4. did someone tested it with VR? Cant manage to use this RTX function in VR, disabled HDR before starting DCS did not help. Its all very very oversaturated and most of the textures inside the cockpit are missing or defect.

  11. okay thank you but i thought that the hardware ipd on pimax is for the eye distance which vary from person to person and the in game ipd is the actual world scale?

    i just mean if this will be implemented in a more detailed way to the dynamic campaign with a full pilot career and a bit polished with nice visuals etc like in the old 90s era simulations.
  14. yesterday i was playing around with the mig29 in VR and after landing i ejected just for fun. So i were able to walk around with the pilot. It was very impressive to walk around the plane and standing in front of it. It was extra immersive because i was standing in real life with the VR headset too. And the scale/dimensions of the plane gave me the feeling of standing in front of the real thing. this should not be a big deal to implement as standard function. I dont care if it is not useful or whatever, i just like to enjoy the visuals as consumer.

  18. some basic FPS hud and weapon, walk animation would be so cool with some delta force2 vibes. This could be start very basic. Also the Steelbeast example is very good.
  19. cant wait for northern region too, served in Kunduz 2009. I really hope there will be ANA ANP assets and updated german forces like Dingo, Marder, TPZ (jammer), EOD to CAS some IED sweeps If not ED will make it, i hope some Modders will do it.

  21. i really like the visuals of the cockpit and outside the 3D model. will have some time on the weekend to go into everything but yes i have to agree - the sound of the engine is not very good - it sounds flat and the sound of increasing and decrease propeller RPM in combination with the throttle is not very transparent its all a big flat sound. Its not spectacular for a big engine. But its just a "gamer" opinion, maybe its realistic?
