LOL, did you not read I had my entire group streaming my screen on Discord, verifying EVERYTHING is setup correctly. Streamed it while testing, so we can watch the radio overlay screen lights light up, when I, or anyone else keys their mic. So now use discord comms. I'm not the only one in the group having no joy with comms in game. Did the Admin on/off, on everything as well. This took place over numerous occasions, over several weeks.......... No joy! I've been a beta tester at IL2, and can attest too how beta testing should work. Look at stuff that wasn't supposed to be affected by the update. Someone needs to introduce this generation to Old Mr. Murphy. DCS = SNAFU...... but thanks for your payment. DEVS = DILLIGAFF........ but thanks for your payment. UPDATE = BOHICA....... but we'll fix it soon..... LWIN + NUMPAD 4, in all the Mustangs has been broken since day one of the Mustang. It should look like LWIN + NUMPAD 6 over the other shoulder. The sooner the Open Beta is done away with the better. Modules, updates, and hot fixes that can't pass closed beta 100% should never make it into game. Selling products that are incomplete, defective, and now add unsupported, is against most consumer laws, in most countries. This is JMTCW from almost 21 years of experience with ED and DCS. I've had this game on the HDD, SSD since LOCK ON came out in 2003. I'm still waiting on the Me-262 I paid for. I've lost interest in the excuses you will see in the reply they give. Give me the Swalbe or a voucher for another plane.... but a finished one though. Do you have any completed ones?

Neither could I and it's been that way for a long time, way before the last update. In game radios don't work either. I had guys in my group looking at my desktop and game screens on Discord and everything is set correctly. Correct PTT buttons for the radios. Just one in the Jug. All the lights work when you push all the right buttons, but still no comms.

There's a guy on FB DCS pages selling one in the USA. Ensure you have him take a new photo with today's date, or something saying "For Pteradon" I got burned on the first go around, so take precautions. The second guy I dealt with had to deal with others asking for it to. He even sent me a video of him going thru the buttons and axis to verify it worked. Some times you're the Car, some times your the bug.... Works great......

What are the keystrokes for that in settings? In ALL the Mustangs, RWIN + NUMPAD 4 should have you looking over your left shoulder. But in game you, look down inside the left rear of the cockpit. LWIN + NUMPAD 6, is the same view over your right shoulder. And you can check your 6 on your right real quick. I have found a way to fix it in saved games/snapviews, by editing each Mustang in line 13. Heads up, a really good idea, would be you, saving that file somewhere safe. We all know, one "Awe $hit, erases a thousand Atta Boys......

I've got an old i8700K in my case, old mobo too. 32GB RAM, and an RTX 3080ti. I've got pretty much everything on High, running DLSS. 32" 144hz LG monitor. I set my max frame rate to 140. I run in the 100s fps most of the time using the MT.exe. Reflected's campaigns run great. I'll get down to 70-60 fps in his depending on where I am in the game/mission space. However, in your situation; I would save up and do a complete rebuild, so in the next few years if something awe inspiring comes out, you can upgrade knowing your Mobo, CPU, and Power Supply can handle the speed and power requirements. And your bottlenecks will be reduced or gone completely.

I don't actually use the mouse while playing like I'm flying an airplane. But, I use it quite extensively while using RSMapper and DCS Settings pages. It's really handy when I want to build or adjust profiles, for the small repertoire of modules on the SSD. You see, this way I have no need to lean forward to the desk to use it. I won't assume you did not see the TM Viper Panel on the same MTSIM mount as the mouse extension!?!....... I hope I didn't put your moral high ground off kilter any. Improvise, Adapt, Overcome.......... SEMPER FORTIS

Yes, it most certainly is.

Need to call him Moriarity...... "always with the negative waves" I'm another fanboi for the A-20G, it's good for both theaters, the same can be said for a dual theater version of the P-38.

OAre you using Sedenion's Complete 128 dx hack SCRIPT? I would only use it to get TEMPO presses out of buttons and momentary switches. And only if your set up is exclusively ThrustMaster. Example..... When I run DCS I have a WW Super Taurus, (Start Panel & Throttle w/handles, = 2 devices, PTO2 = 1 device, K-51 Trim box = 1 (axis x 8 on my left). AVA & F/A-18 stick = 1, BlackHog A = 1, Master Arm Panel = 1, on the center mount. And Viper Panel on the right = 1, and the TPRs = 1 on the floor...... that works out to nine devices. I can use everything in DCS, but not IL2. I don't use TARGET or SimAppPro in DCS, but only to update FW, and change physical / virtual button states on the WW and TM devices. (Virtual buttons on TM/VP, and axis to buttons and vice versa,, on WW stuff. I do run TARGET if and when I play IL2. It sees nine devices, so I merge the Stick, Viper Panel, and TPRs to "Combined" either in GUI or SCRIPT since IL2 doesn't care about 120 buttons anymore. Like Gunny Highway said, we have to.... "improvise, Adapt, Overcome"........ "Always carry a knife with you, just in case there's cheesecake, or you need to stab someone in the throat" Gen. Mattis. Don't be afraid to experiment..... it's just ones and zeros..... In other words, don't be a myopic fanboi like I was to a particular mfg. My work in progress Sitting behind me is a TMWH HOTAS, w/ MTSIM mounts, Crosswinds, and the TPS', and the M/A panel I still need to mount.. RSMapper, sees all my devices. On Press commands - keyboard emulation, TEMPO On Release commands - keyboard emulation Chain Events / Sequences Multiple game and aircraft profiles. KISS

Very nice, K51.....

LMAO, finally, someone one knows who the Guy in Back is....... He should be Gibs, not Jester......... jester was the adversary. I've got the A-4, but I'm really wanting the A-7. I repaired the DECM on the A-7 & A-6. VA-22 & 94 made the last Cruises with them on the Enterprise in 88. I was in 94. Good times.

Damn it........ I ruined everything getting this to replace the WH Throttle. Just kidding.... I completely tore apart my red-neck flight console that I built for 66.6% of the crap I own. I've a few adapters arriving from MTSIM on Wednesday, and I'm rearranging it all. See the other plate under the monitor? Leftside - Taurus, PTO2, and K-51 Trim box. I'll send you another pic when it's done. That Start-up Panel on the Taurus changes a lot on the BlackHog A face plate. I just haven't figured it out yet. And I don't think it weights as much as the WH throttle. Part one..... mount it....... Part two tomorrow..... run cables, power on.....

If you change your TPM setting while using Windows-10. The next time Windows tries to update, it will automatically install windows 11. LOL, it did that to me with XP and Win 10. -
Greetings and Salutations to my Greek Combat Flight Sim Brothers... I've been around IL2 since 2001 and DCS when it was the original LockOn Modern Air Combat or LOMAC, around 2003. I had an old buddy in one of your early Greek IL2 groups... GR_? Tamil was his call sign, and Fotis was his first name, and like all good men he got married to what he told me was a very beautiful Greek lady. I imagine he went on to finish his Army career, probably had a bunch of kids, and is living happily ever after in Kalamata, Greece where he's from. If any of you know how to get in touch with him, tell him BeoWolf, or Hoss or just Mike said hello, and I hope he's doing well. When he found me on Hyperlobby it was always..... Miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike. We would fly and discuss the differences between the US Navy and the Hellenic Army on Roger Wilco and TS. Those were some of the better days. Salute Mike Williams / Hoss AT1(AW/SW) USN ret. 1977-1997

https://deltasimelectronics.com/pages/install-instructions The Calibration tool is in his downloads. Update your firmware first, and make sure when it tells you unplug it and plug it back in..... you do that.

You need to model an AN/DLQ-3B to mount on USN Tomcats to deceive the American weapon systems on the Iranian F-4 and F-14. Especially during Operation Preying Mantis in April 88. Because the AN/ALQ-100 in the USN Tomcat won't respond to them. I don't delve into the modern Soviet era and Nato planes much. But I was a DECM tech in the USN from 77-97. Cheers

it only happens to me if I forget to put my gear switch to neutral if I crash, so when I taxi off the runway the gear will fold up. Happens every time.

Want in one hand and you know what in the other..... there's no money in it. It'll never happen unless they stick the Corsair pilot in it... or the Hellcat pilot and try to pass it off.

HOJ to JAM transition delay and poor radar burn-through performance
_Hoss replied to tae.'s topic in Bugs and Problems
As an example, The F/A-18s AN/APG-73 RADAR transmits between 2-18 GHZ at 1,000W of power. The AN/ALQ-126B Deception Repeater, (C/D) transmits between 2-18Ghz at 1,000W or 60dbm. If the Jamming is constant noise coming from your target it's because it has no deception technique to defeat the threat? This is usually some type of sinewave modulation, sent back to bury his return in your receivers noise. No one takes into account reciever sensitivity (Sense/Snap Down) On/Off of the DECM systems. They will only turn on and transmit as long as the received TTR signal trips that signal strength threshold to make the DECM system start transmitting. Once out of range it stops transmitting automatically to stop HOJ. I'm unfamiliar with Air Farce DECM and RADAR systems. But I imagine they are all very similar. I worked on the AN/ALQ-126A and B, ALR-45,45F,50,67s while in the Navy. And APG-65 and 73 RADARS, after I retired in 97, with Boeing at NAS Lemoore. As far as DCS is concerned, it is what it is. Maybe if everyone stopped running out and buying unfinished products, they might actually finish something for a change. And deliver us a product that approximates the plane, ship, map, they advertised. LOL, as long as we stay fools, easily separated from our money, they will take it, and give a toy that has holes in it. Or as the NWO says...... "You'll have nothing and be happy" JMTCW
