That's correct. If I like to achieve that for a commericial mod it has to be placed in DCS world/mods/aircraft/<module name>/missions which might break IC test as far as I understood.

As I have all maps, almost all modules and lot of commercial campaigns I am looking for a method to organize them and get resonable directory lengths. Saving just all missions in Saved Games/missions works, although results in a long inventory listing. I was looking for a way to list the assigned missions and trainings only to appear when their modul and map is selected. I understand that missions, campaigns, trainings, quickstart ect. rather have to be placed in their Saved Games/DCS/mods/aircraft/<module name>/missions subfolders to achieve that. For Trainings subfolder I need a lessons.lua inventory file (lessons=...) and for QuickStart i need a quickstart.lua inventory file (planes=...). Single does not need another inventory file. I hope that summarizes it correct.

Ok, understood for paid campaigns, missions and modules. But it's confusing for user generated modules, missions, trainings, quickstart, campaigns ect. I would like them to show up with their module they are intended for. I also do not understand the logic if and when a .lua inventory is required and how they must be named. Atm it's try and error for me.

You are probably right. Don't get me wrong, I really don't want a DCS 3.0 passing such an awful beta testing period like MSFS2024 in the last 8 months (and still does partially).

Well ... even with 64GB RAM (i9-14900K) + 16GB VRAM (RTX 4070 TiS) I still see stuttering sometimes. I never had any stutters with MSFS2024 with most graphic settings maxed out. May be the older graphics engine of DCS is coming to its limits?

I suggest to generate a few more campaigns for Kola or Sinai maps.

I guess if a pilot really wants to crash a plane he'll find a way, even with copilot and navigator in the cockpit. There's just to many critical issues which could possibly fail. May be better psychological screening of flight crews can help to prevent this.

Following the latest news it seems the pilot (or copilot) switched off fuel supply for all engines. I wonder how that's possible without the other pilot recognizing that immedeately. Afaik these switches are safety guarded switches which need to lifted first before they can be switched plus audio warnings in cockpit.

The issue only appears with language set to english. All other versions - german in my case - are displayed correct.

May be it's a stupid question but where do I find the Clouds Preset Menu?

I tried to open the training mission file Lesson 24 - JDAM Employment.miz from the training missions directory C:\DCS\Mods\aircraft\F-16C\Missions\Training with the DCS Mission editor. DCS started to load and crashed. No track file available. Previous bug report:

I just noticed that Lesson 24 - JDAM Employment.miz seems to be broken - still. There already was another thread from 2023 reporting this but closed with no solution. So I opened another one. Any fix available yet ?

I suggest to cut some corners on display resolution, terrain details, anti aliasing ect. to look for the best quality-performance compromise and check if fps increases.

Cannot confirm. Got stable >75fps flying at <500ft over Berlin city (many terrain details) and >80fps over Syria. (4070ti S at 5120x1440px, i9-14900K, most settings high)
