Just made some more tests. Disabling the option 'Synchronize Cockpit Controls with HOTAS Controls at Mission Start' in Misc menu seems to fix it. However I don't know why.

The stick (VKB Gunfighter 4 ultimate) works fine in A-10C (II) DCS controls menu. It also has worked with A-10C (II) module before and still does with all other DCS mods. I don't think it's somehow related to the USB port, stick hardware or driver. But, as mentioned before, I have seen the same strange behaviour with my previous stick, a Turtle Beach VelocityOne flight desk and another module (FC3).

I guess that disables all mods in Saved Games, correct? Ok, I will check that. I need to push nose down trim only once at the start of a flying session. The work around works, however I would like to eliminate that.

Well, that would be a major task for me. I have all maps, most of DCS modules and several mods. My web connection is just 50MBits. A complete DCS reinstalltation would be >1TB download for me. But I guess it also would not change anything. As I wrote above I already found a workaround and I have also seen the error before with completely different settings. It was already disabled.

Ok, got it. Controls were still working but only responded in very slow motion. After pushing trim nose down button pitch/roll/rudder axis are working normal again now. I have seen this strange behaviour before with FC3 mod, also with another stick (Turtle Beach VelocityOne flight deck). Seems to be a bug in DCS input modul.

Checked. Control bindings are ok and working as usual. Same result.

A-10 C and A-10C II mod became unplayable after DCS July update. It does no longer respond to pitch/roll/rudder axis. Even complete reinstallition of A-10C/A10C II module did not change anything. Other mods work fine. Any ideas?

After 2.8.01 B installation the mod was unflyable (AI only). I had to delete and reinstall the mod completely. It only worked after 2nd attempt. Has someone else seen this?

Is there any Messerschmitt Me 262 flyable mod available for DCS?

Yes, I forgot that Military quite a busy region, unfortunately. They should rather use DCS only for their missions.

May it's possible to combine Iraq, Syria and Iran to a larger Middle East map. RL military missions in this region mostly involves bases in multiple countries. May be even Afghanistan as it's the eastarn neighbor of Iran.

ED already has a map of Iraq. It "just" needs to be extended towards east.

I deleted the old modules completely before installing the new module. Works fine.

I guess we need an east extension of Iraq map soon ... May be also a flyable mod able to carry GBU-57 MOPs ...

The new VSN F-104 is so much better than the old mod - great work! Thanks! Just one thing: if you include <space> user confirmation after each action the "F-104C Rockets" and "F-104 Cold and dark" actions would be useable as training sessions too. Great to have them with graphics.

The linear throttle is an interesting concept. However I see some red flags due it's design complexity and size. >500mm is a huge thing on your desk or arm rest.

For me high quality is better than delivery on time. I am an old fart who's learned to be patient for better results

It also does not work with the new DCS patch anymore. As my DCS includes a pretty complete list of terrains and modules I'm guessing there might be an incompatibility with another DCS module added after I used the Hercules the last time.
