  1. I am having some problems assigning tasking. Was wondering if anyone can give me an example? I am spawning Mig29 using mist.respawnInZone. However they RTB immediately after spawning. They don't seem to follow the waypoints and tasking assigned in ME. I have also tried mist.respawnGroup which works, but there is no randomisation. I used mist.teleportInZone but the units once again seem to RTB immediately after. I've seen the post by Grimes but the coding really flies over my head... Tried examples but can't seem to understand what to do
  2. Yes, that would really be perfect! The ease of use of the app - being able to toggle on and off, plus the ability to easily add new images as KB files makes this much more useful to me than the KB Builder app (which was rather clunky). Looking forward to your updates! Enjoy 2.7 first!
  3. Yes, you understood me exactly. I get what you mean now. I think it would be awesome to have a Quick Add option to snip multiple pictures. This app is really great, I can take snips of briefings and odd images here and there or write a quick list of instructions. I've been using it to take notes of my squadron discord briefings with good success. Super useful!!

  6. Really love this program Interested to know if it's possible to create multiple pages under a single Kneeboard? Currently I can try snipping multiple pages, it does scroll thru them with Pg Up/Dn but the app only creates a single img from one page

  8. they look like chunky minecraft blocks... i almost prefer the 2.5.6 clouds really. It's very distracting in VR

  10. You will have to customise it yourself. The LUA file is actually very descriptive, you can download the Better Labels mod and see what's modified. Then change it to suit your preferences.

  12. Why is forced abbreviated labels on. I can't play with dot labels and abbreviated labels makes it so cluttered that I can't see the units. Is it possible to remove this flag? I enjoy the campaign but this latest change I can't play

  14. Yes of course, I mark all the targets before I reach the area then proceed to take them out. As you realise, it's already difficult to fly with asymmetrical load let alone search for targets. I mark the targets them then toggle between Mark points with the TPOD slaved.

  16. I failed once when i shot the wrong troops too! That was quite a miserable attempt.... It was an instant mission fail
  17. It is fun if it wasn't bugged. The time limits are quite gracious for mission 1 but you need to know the aircraft well. Even then, the rocket pods being bugged was quite annoying as I only realised this quite a while later. Tips: When mission starts, immediately rearm and load APKWS rockets Fly straight to the target WP1 immediately as soon as rearming is complete FENCE IN - prepare your aircraft for A-G attack - when you are en route. Make sure you do all communications along the way When 20nm out from target, start finding the 2 tanks and warehouses. Did should be fairly doable if you've studied the pictures in the briefing. I set mark points so that I can quickly circle aroud and drop my GBUs Advise your wingman to help - send him to kill the air targets as well as the tanks in the sea port He takes out the port APCs very quickly This is the hardest - you have to do a CAS circle around the port at a low altitude, maybe 3-6000 feet in a relatively tight circle to spot the enemy infantry. Use the TGP as well as press the pause button to zoom in and see where the fire is from (quite obvious, there is only one main building left). You should be able to do this by seeing the tracers and gunfire out the window (hence low flight). Turn in and fire a salvo of rockets using CCIP. It is quite fun if you've done it well. The tough part is waiting for the troops to physically take over the base - this is another few more minutes of waiting before mission success I myself took about 6 attempts due do stupid rocket bugs and need to re-arm and missing the time limits
  18. Yep the labels are a little messed up Hold sensor select right long to switch between CCD and FLIR Press sensor select right short to toggle between BHT and WHT Not perfect answer but it works
  19. Question for those with the Sky Warriors campaign: I keep getting mission failed during Sullivan's base attack. I eliminated the 2 tanks as well as the two hangars already. Have not proceeded to clear the port yet. Am I missing something?
  20. The AV8B now taxis on idle thrust with nozzles pointed back. It's quite annoying.
  21. This has always been the case with high contrast subjects in the FLIR, esp when caused by fire, even in other planes like the Hornet. Switch to CCD mode and play with the gain and contrast controls. I can't speak for the text, they appear quite clear on my screen even at night.
  22. I had a similar problem in the past. It seems to be something to do with the export config file. I was not quite able to fix it. Perhaps you can try messaging Peter, he is quite active on his Facebook website for DCS UFC
  23. Make sure you press NWS if you disconnect to allow the boom to reconnect. I press this button a lot when i was learning how to AAR consistently in the A10. Don't forget to tell tanker "ready pre-contact" otherwise the game won't move the boom to your aircraft too.
  24. I was a big user of Reshade and really missed using it after going to VR So happy that I found this mod. The cockpit sharpening is so good, I can read all the text so clearly right now. Thank you!
