I still think it's not the module's fault, but some performance issues with the computer. Make a Track where you had those 2 FPS and I'll check that mission and will back with info. You can also show your graphics settings.

Don't forget that the MiG-29A will also be EA so if you are waiting for it and want to have it you have to accept the current system or wait probably some period until EA ends for it. Kola map is currently at a really good level. One of the coolest maps. I have Afghanistan and I certainly don't regret buying it too. Honestly, I've been on PG map a bit rescently and there are similar cases reported for Afghanistan and somehow it didn't bother some people that much back then ;). As for the campaign for Iraq, how can you expect it if the map isn't there yet? Add a few months after the release and maybe something will appear, but I don't remember any map having a campaign from the release. I have Iraq in my library and all I want is to be able to fly there, lol .

No any issues for me, Chinook is FPS friendly for me. Maybe its a mod or part of the map when you are. Check on Nevada for example.

+1, yes, fully agree, we need it too.

Exactly. Additionally, I suggest asking yourself the question - "to have or not to have". Even if something is being developed, in my case it's better to have it. Why? Because it is my main hobby with which nothing can compete. As for disk space - this is generally starting to be a problem for some people, which I wrote about a long time ago. The strategy of releasing maps means that unfortunately several of my friends have already given up on purchases due to disk space. I personally bought a 4GB NVMe drive after the release of the Kola map just for DCS, although going by the current course, it may turn out to be too little in 3-4 years. Maybe by then the whole Earth will finally appear, which will make disk space more predictable, and the next maps will possibly be a nice addition. I would gladly pay for the whole Earth. If such a map was about 1TB (based on autogens), that would also be good news for people, because they would be able to estimate what they need more accurately. However, it does not change the fact that currently for DCS you basically need at least 2TB if you want to have everything plus upcoming addons in 2025 (my DCS currently takes up 890GB), and then Iraq and East Germany will be added to that. So probably another 180-250GB. I would also suggest a Launcher upgrade (suggestion for @Flappie ) that could indicate where add-ons are installed (this is possible), something like the ORBX Central client for MSFS. This way you can manage disk space and install larger maps on different disks.

Let's assume it's a fairy . In fact, I'm still very positively surprised, because I didn't think the map would reach Qatar. Cool, the only thing is that this part will be in 2025.

Of course, like in life, nothing is perfect. And I don't think anyone here is saying that all these modules are 100%. It's not like that, but these are minor things that don't diminish the importance of a given module. The fact that the F-15E doesn't have all the MFD screens (and why would I honestly go through the BIT screen, for example?) and a few more types of weapons, does it mean that the module is in a terrible condition and can't be flown (as some suggest), or requires a return? Absolutely not. The same as you write Harrier, it's in a specific situation, when the user doesn't follow the instructions, if you go beyond certain situations it can force an error. These are minor things that are completely nothing to worry about, they will be, but they don't ruin the reception of the models. However, of course - the biggest problem may be the fact that some patch will mess something up, or like it was with the F-15E radar. The risk in the current situation is only here and possibly what the future will bring. I wouldn't worry about condition of modules today. There's plenty to do at DCS, it would be nice if Razbam didn't come back to the game, if he sold the rights and IP to ED and that's it. Maybe an additional team would take care of it here - but that would also require additional specialists.

How is there no info on a map coming to DCS in 2024

nullCurrently we have a bar with a map of Iraq at the top of the Forum, but it just so happens that a very bright cloud in the image overlaps the mail icon and the bell, you can't see anything at all. Can you fix this and give a slightly darker background in this place? It's unclear where to click.

Good decision, the Harrier is a really cool model and basically a complete. Lol. Why? Does your conviction strengthen you? Each model is almost fully functional and does not differ from the EA level or the current status of other modules. Whether it's MiG-19, M2000, AV-8B or F-15E, you can still enjoy it at a high level. Personally, I have not made any refunds and do not intend to. Unless I'm forced to do so. Generally, if I could summarize a few posts here about status of modules (sry ), what is noticed, what you see, depending on who you are :

Mi-24P Hind Livery Competition | F-4E Development Report | Blu Games
YoYo replied to Graphics's topic in Official Newsletters
Razbam's products are currently not participating in any discounts, so what we have is an EA discount (Strike Eagle as example). If there are discounts, they do not apply to Razbam for obvious reasons. As for the AV-8B, the module is worth every cent here and you certainly will not be disappointed even at full price. -
Thanks!

According to the official information, parts are supposed to come out every 3 months or so, so theoretically the next part should appear now, in October, and then with a patch in February. Theoretically everything should be finished within a year.

Exactly, this is actually a basic question, how many people are satisfied with the current and previous system? Good move.

This would be one of the more anticipated helicopters for the Warsaw Pact, Soviet or Russian side, but look here:

Absolutely not. Of course it's nice and better to prepare before the mission, but there are flights, especially online, when you have to quickly give coordinates in a dynamic environment to another crew, then there is no other option. No, it's not a cheat, its the necessary feature and it's good that it was introduced some time ago by ED Team .

Thx. Btw. We currently have the option to also check MGRS on the map F10 LAlt+mouse or LCtrl+Y in Mission Editor.

I myself am curious about the size of this map. It should include all of Iraq of course, Kuwait and at least part of Saudi Arabia, so that there are also coalition's bases from operations in the Persian Gulf. Also a part of the Persian Gulf so that operations can be carried out from the sea. I'm looking forward to some news. This video shows Iraq map, Baghdad Tower (Baghdad City):

But what does this have to do with Kiowa Warrior?

Correct, it was this „Jonathan's DCS Campaigns”.
