Of course, it would be good, but I wouldn't be so optimistic, I have heard the opinion that in some places everything has been done and will not be touched again and there are satellite photos of the bases, but no 3D models. Also as I wrote, not every satellite photo means there is a FOB there, because they are remnants of a FOB and piles of sand, nothing more. This example shows, among other things, that the satellite photo was taken when the FOB no longer existed here.

What would be very useful is an asset-related element. At least one - Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment. During the Afghan War, almost every large FOB was equipped with a balloon with sensors to monitor the surroundings - RAID. The balloons hung all day long, non-stop. It would be nice if such a model (we actually have a model of a Normandy barrage balloon) was added to the set of objects for DCS. A 3D model, without any sensors even. It was so popular that you can basically see it in every historical satellite photo at larger FOB. It was a permanent fixture in the landscape during the Afghan war. Pls think about it too.

Where did this idea come from? The map comes from the end of the War in Afghanistan (2016-17), half of the FOBs were no longer functional, what you see are often piles of sand that look like FOBs on a satellite photo, and in the phototexture shown on the map they were no longer there. I wouldn't count on it that you will saa all FOB.

Guys, I honestly don't follow the development of the F6F at all, although I'm looking forward to it and it would be great to see a Hellcat + Marianas WW2 at the same time (obligatory). I have no idea if we'll get an aircraft carrier. For Corsair it's being developed by Magnitude (Essex, with an unspecified date, probably next year, long time), but here I have no idea. Hellcat without any carrier is like candy through glass. I hope there will be an aircraft carrier at launch, even a simple one, without a ton of extra features. Does anyone know anything?

So did it work? I havent any problem, but never did something in BIOS with USB. My QP, after 2h of flying still shows 88-92% so no any issue.

DCS is not War Thunder, we need realism here, if you have too big problem to find everything maybe take servers with icons. It solves your all „issues”. Im follow you on this topic from long time and never you did here a track with examples, screenshots, real data ect. I personally see air targets on blue sky from 14 nm, also I added the real data with visibility raport of jet pilots. You never took a stance on this. The only thing you keep repeating is that you don't see anything and everything is wrong. I don't understand this approach, sorry.

What does "old" version mean? Old version was useless, what was in 2023 and earlier. I hope you're not writing about "v.1 improved dot" from last year's November, i.e. big box dot, which was a complete failure. The current v2 version of Improved dot is the best version of all. It's not perfect, but it's definitely a step in the best possible direction.

I have the impression that it is a bit faster now, recently I even had this window of only 2 seconds, so I don't know if something has improved, or if the time is just ok, and sometimes the time is quite long.

After the last update ( DCS 2.9.7.59263 ) I noticed that this screen is present much longer than before: Near 0,4-1 minutes, before it was 5-10 seconds only so very short time. Did you notice it too?

Still not solved, CH-47D, F as AI, every cargo cant be hooked. (my mistake)

Since I'm modifying the map a bit too, I'm curious if the lack of most of the FOBs is due to the fact that it's EA and it will come with time, or if it really won't be in the final version. I noticed that the current map is from 2016-2017, some of the FOBs didn't exist then.
