What is the card's memory? Micron or Samsung?
If you are with Micron (as I'm) you will need bios update.
Check manufacturer support/download pages.
Edit: Please post your system specifications (MB, power supply, etc.).
OK, too drink to resist. You got me.
Edit: Omg, what is this on top of the screen?
OK, got it: Something to justify the repetitive pressing of F5. Thanks. It's funny.
I'm not very experienced with MiG-21, but noticed that I need more thrust when landing, than before. May be this is normal. (p.s. Nothing is more scary for me in DCS than landing MiG-21. :shocking:).
I'm using FaceTrackNoIR for face tracking with PS3 Eye. Usually people complaining that this setup requires daylight to work properly, but I removed the IR filter from the camera and fixed the focus. A desk lamp with incandescent light bulb (60W) is used to illuminate the wall at front of me and results are almost perfect. Only Z axis was slightly unstable and required some curve adjustment.
I also experiencing some kind of flickering. Something like one frame of centered view in the cockpit and next back to normal view. It happens only occasionally.
Finally first flight. Graphics set to high, depth of field off, flat shadows on. Most of the time over 60fps. Very low over Las Vegas ~30fps, but still playable and this is not even beta.
I would rename the title to "resonable low FPS with FX6300". Core 2 Duo at 3GHz is more than 30% better in single thread applications compared to FX6300. I hope DCS1.5(2.0) will put an end of this.
Little bit low FPS here. Free flight ~40fps (with other aircrafts hit 60fps). On the ground (first training mission) ~20fps. But I found that when I'm on the ground and if I don't see the horizon (just look at the instruments), fps jumps to 40. Maybe this will help.
