  7. There's been a problem with the AI manning the ground vehicles since a few months. This is a DCS issue, and heavily affects pathfinding and combat mechanics.

  11. Happens only when autostarting from ramp. Manual ramp start is ok. Hot birds are ok.
  12. Bignewy and Swift answered on the Discord : this box sets the UHF radio, which cannot do VHF frequencies, so the behavior for non-AI planes is correct. BigNewy will ask the team to have a look at correcting the UI for AI planes too.
  13. I just noticed that with the latest OpenBeta (2.5.6.55363 - and the previous one, at least), there is an error if I try and set a VHF frequency for a Client or Player A-10C. See the screenshots :

  17. Well I forgot to tell but I managed to solve my problem. The export script I had for the F-16C was in fact using F/A-18C code in one of the methods. I don't remember where I found this script. So, I removed the culprit (and useless) code and voilà ! Problem solved.
  18. Hi there, I'd like to pass the absolute path to a file (mp3 sound) stored in my mission, to an external program (DCS-SR-ExternalAudio.exe). I know it's possible because when the mission starts, DCS first unzips it to a subfolder of the %TEMP% directory. Here's my question : how to I get the path of this subfolder, in lua ? I tried "lfs.writedir()" (points to "saved games") and "lfs.currentdir()" (points to DCS install).

  23. Hi there, I spent last evening puzzling myself over a new DCS crash, related to lua exports and the Streamdeck plugin. Has anyone experienced an immediate hang of DCS (I had to kill it each time) when selecting the TGP on an MFD in the F-16CM ? It's happening everytime. And if I disable my exports, it stops crashing. I isolated the problem to the F16 export itself (if I remove the F-16C_50.lua file, it does not crash). Here's my file. F-16C_50.lua
