  1. Thanks very much Sydy.....great work buddy, very much appreciated
  2. Wow...gobsmacked here....these are really beautiful Megalax, and I really appreciate all of your hardwork mate, thank you very much indeed, first class
  3. Night flying on DCS........?
  4. That's great YoYo,much appreciated......let's hope that'll work with the new Mosquito
  5. Outstanding Kerbo
  6. Ground crew.....talking of which have American accents......not a game breaker but a pity they could'nt be British
  7. Appeal for a DCS Lancaster with all crew stations operative ?......Well put it this way if DCS could create such a beast and put it on the shelf for purchase, would I buy it ?.....of course I would. However, before I get all exited and dewy-eyed over the prospect,I am brought back to the planet earth very swiftly with a big bump !......can you just imagine just how long this master project would take to get off the ground ?(excuse the pun).....the research into all the relevant crew stations, the extensive bomb bay,the four engines and the work required to get all of this to gel into a working flyable module ?.....not to say having an airfield created to use it from. Let's be realistic chaps it ain't going to happen is it ?.....I mean never say never but honestly ?.....Nah,I can't see it happening......I hope I am proved wrong
  8. I can't speak for everyone or every map,but the trains are definitely working for me using the Channel map,the LCtrl +F12 camera is also working too,if you have a Loco and say 5 wagons the first time you use it,it will show the loco then every time it is used again it will show each of the 5 wagons in turn.It will then pickup the next train if created. I then use my mouse to direct the camera and the mouse wheel to zoom in or zoom out,see pics below to show some different perspectives. In the train set up within my pics I have chosen the Loco DRG Class 86 and Wagon G10 (Germany) under the Third Reich Flag and I am using the Channel map. My only gripe is the damage model requires a tweak,if you clinically destroy a rail bridge close to the on coming train even though the bridge is destroyed on the map,the train will pass over the damaged section to the next bit of track as if the bridge was still in one piece. This is small potatoes though,to have a working damageable train that can go from waypoint to waypoint is a big step in the right direction.
  9. First class Suntag thank you very much,I am so pleased this is still going strong
  10. Sorry Bart,my mistake I misread your message.....of course this was stated by NineLine and not Suntag. My apologies everyone.
  11. It is better and thanks ED,a little while ago......there were no trains,I have flown with the new trains.....these are great,of course there's always room for improvement but the trains IMHO are superb
  12. Well I have'nt heard anything, but then I'm not expecting anything either to be honest. Ever since we were informed by him that he does'nt know if there will be another,I think we can only draw our own conclusions from this......IMHO personally I don't think it is going to happen, not today, not at all.......but only Suntag can confirm his intentions.
  13. +1 Fenrir I see the arm chair experts are informing us again of where we should and should'nt be flying if our tastes don't agree with their's.....why is it that when these people can't argue a valid point,or our views don't agree with their's they have to get all personal ? This just shows how shallow the individual is IMHO,I would also suggest the individual needs to work on their overblown ego too,and stop labouring under the misapprehension that they are some how important.....they are most definitely not. Whilst I appreciate this individual has their own view on how things should be within DCS,as we all have......to actually inform another member they should look elsewhere for their enjoyment is just bloody arrogant to put it mildly I am posting this message as I am totally fed up with this kind of attitude we regularly witness on this forum.....if this upsets the moderator I apologise.
  14. As Suntag is indisposed for what ever reason,(we have'nt been informed of his absence as to date only to be informed that he does'nt know when the next video will be).....and we hope he is ok btw.....maybe someone else from ED could take up the baton and could grace us with a video and take us through the 'Start Up Procedure'....Just a thought.
  15. I totally agree with what's been stated in the above replies and would like to add to the encouragement to ED to ensure that the Mossie gets delayed fusing for it's ordnance, because as others have pointed out without it it's a pointless module. The Mosquito was low level fighter/bomber that was it's main role,we all know that, and without delayed fused ordnance the whole dynamic of the module will be lost,it would be just a trophy module in short a farce. For me no delayed fusing.......no purchase
  16. I mounted mine on a block, reminiscent to that of the Vickers Wellington throttle bank, well that's where I got the idea......here's my pit with my seat removed so you can view my controls better. However for the Mosquito I intend to use the twin throttles on my Warthog.
  17. A man after my own heart.....I also would love a Hawker Tempest
  18. I'm well aware of this....my poor choice of terminology I guess using the words 'Navigator' with regards to the second pilot, you took me too literally.I fully appreciate modern aircraft have navigational aids that require hardly any input from the second pilot.I was speaking more in terms of the second pilot role rather than that of the navigator role. I took it for granted that most people would understand what I was trying to point out, obviously I threw you with my choice of words....I stand corrected
  19. Already done dear boy ......this definitely gets my vote.
  20. Yes please,Bapaume-Grévillers was such a key Luftwaffe airfield and especially in 1944 were at 11.35am the Fw 190's of 7./Jg26 were scrambled to intercept the raid on the Amiens prison ie RAMROD 564 or as it was most commonly known Operation Jericho. Seeing that ED has already created the prison for an up and coming patch for the Channel map to compliment the new Mosquito which is nearing it's release,it would be the icing on the cake to have this key LF base created......just think of the missions one could create with this plethora of historical locations. This definitely has my vote
  21. Yeah it's a pity the Channel map is devoid of the relevant LF airfield that was key to the raid, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the 7./Jg26 Fw 190's that attacked the raiders were scrambled from Grévillers close to the Pas de Calais.
  22. Yeah....I do hope Suntag is ok.
  23. Lol....The minute you start naming your video a name like Mossie Monday for a weekly event.......you just know it's gonna fail
  24. @Mogster An AI Typhoon.....oh yes.....now we're talking, that would be the icing on the cake.
  25. Fenrir....this is a truly sterling effort old chap, thank you very much indeed, wow, fantastic mate
