Never one to complain, but the nav lights are really doing my head in on the external models. Are they ever going to be fixed? The same in 1.5 and 2.0. I remember them being much better looking than what they are now. Considering ED has done a fabulous jobs with the rest, I'd have thought this would have a been a fairly easy fix. The new C-101 video showcases this fine example of crap lights! :smilewink:

I'm having a couple of issues - one is with Baltic Dragons start up - when I'm asked to do the backup ADI I'm asked to make sure the CPMG switch (I think) is in the middle - where is this exactly? And the second is when I make a mission with rockets - racks 1 and 9 empty ok but then 2 and 8 do not. Am I doing something wrong? - I thought they automatically changed over to the next rocket pod in sequence. Cheers

Since the last update. Just wondering if this has been reported. The assigned button isn't working only in mission replay. Also cockpit vr axis in mission replay are all mixed up - very nauseating.

Clear your settings for that axis. go into Settings then in control options for your axis choose Axis Settings(?) then check or uncheck Invert axis. That should be you sorted. I can only assume you had the collective throttle turning at the same time

I'm the same Luke, only play SP. Rift with PD 2.0 - terrible distortion of the gun reticle and also have very low FPS especially on the ground in training missions - getting 15 fps tops. I'll try reducing the PD and turning off ASW later. No issues with any other aircraft. And yes, I also realise it is yet to be optimised. Looks nice so far though otherwise.

If I recall correctly, the smoke was practically the only means of distinguishing between the two aircraft from afar in real dogfights because it was so dark! Can't remember where i got the info from though (prob a YouTube video somewhere)

Yes, same install. My switch input is working as it should as it comes up in the Vaicom/VA window. I assume the key commands (for instance Radio) in both 1.5x and 2.0 are the same. It just doesn't recognise anything in 1.5! In 2.0 it works as it should for the commands that I give.

I can't seems to get it to work at all in 1.5x it works fine in 2.0 (which I use pretty much all the time). Any ideas? Cheers

In the new update, I'm not having the same graphical issues others are having but with the rift, it doesn't look so good. I'm used with having 45fps stable on high setting with pixel density of 2.0. Before the update it wasn't perfect obviously but now it 'looks' like the dp is at 1.5 or 1.6 even though the setting is 2.0. The fps is still sitting at 45fps, any ideas, chaps? I updated the Oculus software but there is no difference Thanks

Meanwhile why not post about your progress? Why get so terribly excited about something then practically topping yourself when it's late? Christ, my 8 year old behaves better than that!! Clearly you complainers have never been a sole manufacturer involved in everything including r&d. If his products are excellent, then he'll know when he gets feedback, likewise if they're not so good.

Yeah, I'd noticed this a while ago. Sits mainly at 45 with mainly high and oculus settings at 2.0. I'm with i5 2500k 4.2 and a 1070. No idea why though. I have also noticed today that I'm getting a bit of judder, not sure if it's oculus driver related or nvidia driver related or the last update - first time I've seen it tonight. Not on Steam by the way

One - I'm not Scottish, I just live here and 2, I don't believe that what you're commenting on is a Scottish vocal tradition!!! lol. At least not that I've heard. So what on earth does this mean if it's not lost interest? - "At this time do to a complete lack of interest in the A-10 pit I have not offered any parts in the last 6 months." It's a competetive world out there. If you don't do it - someone else will, and good luck to them.

I'm not one to get into an argument, but Deadman, (and knowing the past issues that you've had with Hegykc) to me your response did sound sarcastic and mocking (and English is my first language) to the degree that you were assuming you'd be expecting a cdu module along with your F-18 stick. If you'd have shown your interest with the clarity of your own potential contribution you would probably have received a more appropriate response. Anyways, I followed you for ages on your A-10C pit, how come you've lost interest in it? You even bought a real front end. Maybe it's all the modules that are coming out for dcs and you're deciding which other aircraft front ends you can buy?

Of course there is that too. Especially if they have a full sim pit and multiple screens, I can see that - there's nothing like the actual touchy freely of switches. I know from my own experience with an almost full kinda replica A-10C pit which was my pride and joy for years. And Hegy will be doing full pits as well to satisfy those people which is excellent news too. There'll soon be something for everyone's needs. Anyway, I'm not hijacking this thread with my own justification of my instant conversion to vr though so I'll leave it there.

Oh, yeah, I forgot about that tv camera mount! Actually I'll probably still buy one seen as they're so cheap just to see how crap dcs plays compared to the CV1. But for those who can't afford VR one, this'll be a far better purchase than TrackIR. At least price wise, and hopefully perfomance wise too.

Just a replacement for the flimsy NP tracking clip as far as I know.
