I am happy to have my Warthog sooner and don't mind some teething issues. Nothing here is a show stopper and I haven't had so much as a serious hiccup with my Warthog. It IS THE HOTAS. As for A10-C, I think that speaks for itself, even in beta it is simply amazing. There is not even a single high fidelity combat flight sim out there to compare to A10C or Black Shark. They are in a class by themselves. The DCS series is to high fidelity combat flight Sims what the Warthog is to HOTAS, simply the best. The Only for that matter. Wrong assumption. Please read on.... I am not sure and apologies in advance if I misunderstood, but if you are implying that ED favors/favored MP aspects over the main focus of any sim I can tell you that is totally absurd. They have many excellent beta testers that are not a part of the MP community at all and are in fact some of the best and most productive testers on the team in all aspects of the project. There are people on this team with specific knowledge in just about every area of focus. Many of these testers are nothing short of absolutely brilliant and the results that they produce are outstanding (And no I don't include myself in that group, these guys are rock star testers who's knowledge level in their specific areas would leave many of us weeping in a corner feeling like an idiot). And they do all this at the cost of many hours of their own free time for nothing more than to read the occasional appreciation in posts like these. Out

Plugged mine in right away. Love this thing. My throttle dies, i will try the firmware fix and then if it is a no go I will slap my hall sensor modded Cougar throttle up there till it is worked out. In fact I am seriously considering using my Cougar Stick base with the Warthog handle instead of the Warthog Stick base because I have the NXT mod and frankly it is more precise control for me then I can get with the WH due to the center transition area. So my rig may become WH Throttle, Cougar (NXT) with WH handle and my simped vario pro rudders with Toe brakes. Out

I just got the email from BLT. My Warthog is shipping today by fedex. Original price honored and on the way! Out

I placed my order on August 11th. I believe I was among the first 3-5 orders or so. Still hoping for a shipping email today. Fingers crossed. Out

Yes well my order status from BLT changed this morning from "not in stock" to "in stock". You were saying........?;) Out

Well I just clicked on the link in my last email to bring me to my order status which formally used to read: In Stock: No. That has now changed to In Stock: Yes. I am hoping that today is the day that my Warthog will ship from BLT. Out

Well it still looks like 4 left to me. Unless this is the perpetual regenerating 4 HOTAS Warthogs I heard about something may be wrong with their inventory system. :cry: Out

I hope it all works out well for you but I wouldn't be a bit surprised if BLT gets theirs on the same day and for your impatience you end up paying almost 100USD more. Who are you trying to punish BLT or yourself? ;) So far IMHO the complaints against them are baseless. As I said though I do hope it works out for you and you get it sooner for your frustrations. What do you mean you can't get any answers? They are likely waiting to receive their first shipments just like almost everyone else. Until there are at least a few other places in the USA that actually have it in stock and ready to ship I am not going to cancel my order or pass judgment. I would rather remain cautiously optimistic for just a little bit longer. HOG HOG HOG HOG! :D Out

Who now has stock before BLT in the USA? The one person mentioned in this thread? What price? Where do you get that they will not have stock till a month after every one else? I would guess that it is likely BLT will get them when most every one else in the USA does, or so I would hope. That statement does not mean that they WILL raise the price only that they can. They also elude to this being to protect against typos which is reasonable in my estimation. If you do not mind I will not shoot myself in the foot by canceling my order before I find out that all that you have predicted is true. I would say if they were going to honor the price and you cancel now they certainly won't extend you the lower price again if you re-order later now that the price is higher. If they do raise the price I will be the first to cancel my order on principal. I am just suggesting that we not act rashly. Out
