This is a little misleading because if you program your HOTAS to produce the default keystrokes for all desired functions just as in 1.12 there are many that work across all AC. I use one file and can control almost everything on each AC using the same Cougar joystick profile. In fact by creating a new FC2.tmm macro definition file referencing the games default key binds and copying my 1.12 Joystick file to FC2.tmj, I now have the exact same functionality that I did in 1.12 with the small exception of the missile firing buttons needing to be changed. In the game I need only setup axis and curves for each AC then download my cougar profile and fly which ever AC I want. One joystick file all AC. I will upload my profile to the proper section of the forum once it is cleaned up and tested. Out

Is it worth it? Yes. While FC2 will never be what KA-50 or DCS A10 are and will be it is still in a word...fantastic. Get it IMHO. Out

Ok mate. For the vast majority of us FC2 works just fine. I suggest that you calm down and take a deep breath. There are a lot of very qualified people around that will help you if you are polite and patient. Do you have the latest chipset, video, sound card drivers for your devices? Disk maintenance performed? Defrag/chkdsk? Memory tested? Did you remove all folders etc after your uninstall? Before the re-install? Did you properly remove the Nvidia drivers before installing the new ATI drivers. Have you confirmed that you have a good download of the product, no corrupt or mis sized or mismatched files? Are you doing a default install or changing the path anywhere? Is UAC on or off? Are you running under an Admin account? Full system specs? AV/Security software running? Have you tried a clean boot to rule out any other software as conflicting? Sounds to me like you have a hosed install....Consider re-download of product? More info, less rage and we can try to help you work this out. Out

Assign the microstick as mouse. Then change the TDC slew in game settings to mouseX and mouseY. Works for me with both. Out

You are correct that they are all biased but I think FOX news plays far far looser with the truth than any other. Just my opinion. Out
