  1. Not sure how to handle this. Pls send help.
  2. I can't find the hotkey for showing it, anybody know?
  3. Well, I just released a Mirage flight sim module. Does that, uh, make you want to release a Mirage flight sim module? This is a good plan
  4. Should probably be fällning and not fallning, though?
  5. LNS have, by the quality of their work and of their interaction with us normally, in my opinion, earned this break. If it was some other company, I might be a bit less happy about the radio silence, but for these guys, I have no problem giving them this.
  6. I don't know that much about helicopters, so maybe someone else can let me know whether this is plausible or not: maybe your collective was set so high that the rpm fell below what's needed to power the alternator, and that caused the pitch stabilisation to disconnect?
  7. Yeah, fully agree. I would probably have bought it anyway, once it was out and had some reviews, but I pre-purchased just because you're so good with communicating and showing us progress. Very much appreciated.
  8. What if ground effect is modelled, and flying under the ground (=bridge surface) is messing something up?
  9. Hey Zeus, why is the artificial runway in the air above the actual runway, and not closer to the ground? Just a temporary bug in your current build, or maybe a feature from the actual aircraft?
  10. Fantastic! That's some seriously nice 3D work. Day 1 purchase, obviously. This together with the AJS 37 will suddenly let us do some pretty convincing Swede stuff!
  11. Is there anti-skid for the brakes? Is losing control when braking at higher speed (90+ KIAS) realistic? I ask since some of the other modules (A-10C, F-15C) have some brake realism issues. It looks amazing! I really can't wait.
  12. Low-and-fast strike aircraft are probably the coolest thing there is.
  13. I'd say it's almost certainly not intended. The guys in that A-10 thread (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=154018) seem to have linked it to a weird problem with landing too.
  14. Gentlemen, this is a bug report. Move it to another thread, thanks.
  15. Ah right, I thought you were responding to the question about performance. I also don't like the look of the (rather jagged) dynamical shadows, that's why it would be nice to be able to choose which objects we want them enabled for.
  16. The gear doors closed and everything. The plane kept taxiing floating in the air so it was only visually, the collision model or however that works stayed down.
  17. Nope, he's confused. ONCE AND FOR ALL: Flat shadows are easier to render than "non-flat" (i.e. dynamic) shadows. Flat terrain shadows = off is more computationally expensive. Regarding what looks best, you have to do your own testing.
  18. Yeah, maybe he's testing high over the desert or something. Anyway, in case anyone important is reading: I think letting the player vehicle always cast dynamical shadows would be a computationally cheap way of increasing immersion a lot.
  19. That's what that post says, yes.
  20. I think you should find that shadows = ultra, flat terrain = off is worse for performance.
  21. As far as I can see, they don't. Feel free to test it yourself.
  22. What's wrong with your faaaaace.
  23. Literally none? I fly the L-39 without gunsight lots, never had that issue.
  24. To add to what's been said, it's not "random" at all. At times during the cold war, Sweden's airforce was the fourth most powerful in the world, and Sweden's been designing world-class aircraft since the 40's. Just because you don't know that much about something (which is fine!), doesn't make it "random".
  25. Yeah thanks, toggling mirrors on and off from the back seat switches between this placeholder texture, and the blank silver "mirrors off" texture. Should still be fixed though!
