  1. It looks like this almost everywhere I fly; parts of the shadow aren't being displayed, and the pieces missing switch every second or so. Might be front, back, a wing, etc. Several aircraft, at least A-10 and L-39 which are those I tested. I hope this is being addressed, since it looks like something I'd expect on the old map rather than the new one. Shadows = Ultra, flat terrain shadows = on.
  2. I dunno if this got fixed internally but it's still present in 2.0, just so you know.
  3. My friends swear that the radar altimeter low altitude warning should produce a beeping sound. I don't hear it in 2.0. Bug or are they confused?

  6. Literally all the other modules are ported to 2.0, I'd be disappointed if the Mirage isn't.
  7. I made a quick comparison of two other single engine planes. This is at idle. Obviously the 21 is much quieter, but the engine is further back from the pilot on that aircraft. I still find the L-39 a bit harsh. Although, if that's how it sounds, that's how it sounds, I guess. I might edit the sound file and make it a bit quieter myself. g0-b7PI0leQ
  8. Yes. Get a 6600K instead of the 6700 and overclock it, the i7's are almost never worth the price hike.

  12. There is no dynamic lighting. It's the same in 1.5. It's been reported lots and I can only assume ED know.

  14. I just purchased the L-39, and I'm very happy with how it looks and flies; you did a great job. Is it just me, or is the engine a bit too loud from the cockpit? You can always discuss what's more realistic, whether to assume the player is wearing a helmet, etc etc, but compared to other modules, does anyone else think it's a bit loud?
  15. Flat shadows means they're just projected perpendicularly to the object regardless of the surrounding topology, right? If so, I don't really think this is a bug. A limitation, rather?

  17. Images work for me. Looks like the flat shadow setting doing what it's supposed to.
  18. Sounds to me like the textures and mesh don't coincide. We've seen that in several other places in the map.

  22. The 970 is an excellent choice.
  23. As far as I've seen the elevons of the 2000 are huge anyway, so control authority probably hasn't been a problem.
  24. As title. This is in 1.5 as well, so you probably know, but I'm reporting for completeness. When hard locked by anything (I just tested with a Tor), the RWR doesn't give the rapid beeping warning. The initial spike and missile launch warnings work, but not the hard lock tone. This bug should be high on your list, in my opinion. It makes it hard to do anything meaningful in an A-10. EDIT: I just noticed that the circle around the threat symbol on the RWR display, which should also indicate a hard lock, doesn't appear. So, this is deeper than just a sound not playing.
