i agree, this part needs some fixing, just try to pass the lake mid from minvody to cherkessk, u will fly into a 5m water wall mid lake

bump just because its not on the bugtracker list, all harrier pilots i fly with regardless what hardware are experiencing this in VR at Persian Gulf with A-A gunmode after flying a while, it might occur on caucasus too in the area of Senaki/Kutaisi but not that massive there. -

the easiest way to reproduce this memory issue is doing a g gun runs with a a gun mode! see the ram usage thread repair, reinstall doesnt matter nor help additionally, yes in certain lighting conditions i do gun runs in a a mode due to better visibility, but this will also occur if u are gunning helis low level! btw. u maybe run PG under no wind conditions? -

anyone remembers at those DID EF2000 sim? decades ago, with the TACTCOM plugin, u had those briefing room where u also had known sam stations etc. u could plan your attack, flightpath, loadout with the actual mission editor functionalities it shouldn t be too much effort to implement this idea. and if it is? ED may considers paying the guy doing COMBATFLITE

this is easy to reproduce, make the carrier with max speeds and add a few turns, deck movement due to stormy waters still doesn t move the acft too.

yah it looks like they switched priority to mig19, and 2 months are a quite short period in dcs development i guess, end of year is completly unrealistic for sure. i assume, that with the f18 systems being programmed in EDs house, razbam had to hold some work just because things are expected to be changed on dcs side. (moving map brightness eg , mavericks,...) , so they started to use their time for the next project unfortunately they didn t communicate it, and none of us knows the decision they made and cause of what reasons. maybe DECOY can bring some light into here now. but this has to happen fast, better yesterday than today btw. the bug section is still way too quiet

my experience, if there is no wind , no turbulence and troops are static the trks do work for me (eg caucasus) but when i play with winds and turbulence (eg on PG) my trks end after minutes with crashing me into ground. i cant understand how such a broken replay function could be sold to military for training, completely useless in my opinion, AND it makes bug reporting/replication much harder! so it should be in EDs interest to fix this!

bug reporting structure? there is no reporting, tracking solving , or even acknowledgment. and thats NOT only RAZBAM, the whole forum here is lacking a proper bug reports handling (except some nineline interactions) im in ATC software testing, and the way DCS and MODULES bugs are handled is ridicolous, seriosly i think thats the street to not the best customer feedback, i understand others complaining and getting lost in frustration seeing the same bugs for months/years

i don t have a problem with large pagefiles as long as the user doesn t recognize, i assume u do not own PG?

nineline, did u get those stutters, freezes, i assume u can measure the memory usage here with checking the overall usage, including reserved memory btw was my pg replay broken? bcause i for myself cant replay pg replays without crashing into ground during replay where i was still flying for hours, in caucasus it works fine

and regarding DDCS server , i never get this behaviour on the caucasus version of drex's and there are normally 1200+units active, but just ~250 on PG
