Shipping should continue now with the last orders from firecat's list (22 to go) and then website orders will start. MilesD had problems to get parts (chip shortage, ...) , but now he has enough for most if not all back-orders. You will find all news and the shipment status on the discord.

I started with the A-10 10 years ago and it is still the only module I fly. I bought other modules out of curiosity and to support ED (although I wished there were other ways to support them and the content I really want). I do not have the time and willpower to learn another module as I do not fly that often in general. And the A-10 is the only module where stick and throttle are 1:1 with the real one if you use the TM Warthog HOTAS. I would really miss that.

Both Monitor and VR suck Montior totally lacks the immersion. And VR is simply not there at the moment (Performance, Sweet Spot, Field of View, Shimmering, ...). But VR sure is the future and will improve. So it is a preview of what will be and I like it for that.

Since the Viper got a roadmap showing the future plans for the module, I would love to get such a roadmap for our beloved Hog, too. I am very happy with the upgrade to the A-10C II, but since the release, it got quite silent. We know we'll get the AN/ARC-210 radio. Is anything planned beyond that? There are frequent requests for features like Data Card, TAD/HMCS/TGP symbology, Pilot Body, improved NVGs in VR, Right/Left click consistency, ... Again I am very happy with the status of the A-10C II and so thankful for that great update. I would be very willing to pay for another update to the get an A-10C III. Whatever the future will be, some expectation management at this point would be great.

Haven't played for a while. Do the notes for 9-line, ATC talks, ... work again with the recent updates? .

Stable version will be updated to 2.7 tomorrow. I hope VAICOM PRO will soon be updated, too. Can't wait to play 2.7 with everything working as before.

Wow, you were right! Changed to standard voltage/frequency and it worked right away But here comes the crazy part: After the successful test I changed back to my undervoltage settings and now it still works. Weird Thank you very, very much

Thx for your reply. My PC is about two months old, so no dust. I got a 1000 Watts PSU. GPU is undervolted and stable. CPU and RAM work at standard values. I updated the graphics driver, but no change. Everything worked fine before the update. No problems with other applications.

Hi guys, after the recent update(s) DCS crahes after every mission start (right after the loading screen) and is unplayable. I removed all mods und did a complete repair. No effect. There is no list for the website orders. Once firecats list is completed and website shipments start, you'll see what date of preorder is currently shipped as far as I understood. Infos will be on the discord. If you have any questions or suggestions, just post on the discord. There is a lot of activity and Miles answers every question.

Does anyone know whether Hollywood is aware of the problemes after 2.7 update and if he is working on an update? I could not find an official statement here in the forum or on the VAICOM website. I miss the radio transcriptions on the kneeboard, but I do not want to spam the support-contact when he is already working on it.

Hello there! I tried to read through this thread and it seems I am not the only one with broken/missing radio messages on the kneeboard after 2.7 update. But for the record here is my JTAC page after a complete 9-line talk. If anyone knows a fix, please post. Otherwise we will have to wait for an update, I guess.

The option is already there. Go to Settings > Special > A10C II and you can set it to Left Eye, Right Eye or Both Eyes.

Just did a quick test with the A-10c II (Instant Action, Caucasus, Take Off, on the ground and flying around). I disabled the simplified canopy glass as I don't like it. And I just looked at FPS. In VR there was no change or occasionaly one frame more at best. In 2D however it jumped from 100 FPS up to 120. So huge change there. Everything worked fine.

How is your experience with the shaders and 2.7? Still a performance improvement? I built a new PC and have a lot of configuration work to do, before I can test myself, but I am curious. I will share my experience later.

The performance seems to differ for everyone. Here and on Reddit, there seem to be equally as many users talking about an increase, a decrease and no significant change at all.

My rule for mods in general is to use as few as possible and as many as necessary. Considering the high benefit of the Universal shader and the minimal intervention, it is a must have.

You have to press NoseWheelSteering-Button after a disconnect to reset your fuel intake. Closing and opening the fuel door has the same effect, but is not necessary. Watch your refueling lights right next to the HUD and below the compass. It needs to show "Ready" to start a refueling attempt.
