May I ask kindly what apart from bombing you are missing in this 224 page manual? -
When Mi-8 will come out of beta?

BTW: A flight manual exists since December 2014 :music_whistling: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=134795 -
Plane swerving without any input !
FSKRipper replied to Shadow KT's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
It makes it easier to control the aircraft but can lead to other problems as well... http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=129571 To describe it short, my pedals had no deadzone problem but every now and then they seem to trigger one brake very fast (without notice to the display)which leads to a fluctuation in the left hydraulics channel pressure. This can lead to a loss of NWS steering which is a frightening experience during landings... This was the reason why I asked Shadow for his hardware :music_whistling: -
Plane swerving without any input !

Just two short questions... When deleting before you reinstalled DCS, did you made sure every bit was deleted? Even the saved games/DCS..... files? Did you ever used a mod that changed *.lua files? -
Plane swerving without any input !
FSKRipper replied to Shadow KT's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
Ok that would mean no problems by additional controllers. I asked for the axis commands because DCS (in it's default settings) likes to set multiple axis (f.e. pedals and slider 1 of the throttle) for the same command. I also had one situation where my TrackIR was assigned to the roll axis by default. Ok, I'm running out of ideas. If I get a brilliant concept I will report back but I hope an ED official or another user can solve your problem before we get too old  -
Plane swerving without any input !

Sorry to hear that the repair made it even worse. If it is possible for you, could you attach a screenshot of your "Options/F-15C/Axis commands" ? Could you also tell what hardware you are using exactly? Stick, throttle, pedals? Is there other hardware which could interfere with your devices, a Gamepad maybe? Are you using a wireless Keyboard/mouse? Sorry for this stack of questions but I had issues in other games that originated from such things. -
Plane swerving without any input !

OK watched the A-10 track again and made also two tracks with a clean aircraft. 1. with NWS engaged the plane is drifting to the left, as longer as you leave it engaged above 50kts the more you will drift. 2. without NWS enabled the plane is drifting slowly to the right. All your observations are correct but I can't remember that there was a time without this behaviour :music_whistling: Regarding the F-15 landing without brakes: It seems a very minor drift since you reach the end of the runway without hitting the grass... Maybe there is something weird but I can't tell you whats going on...From my experience with small planes I would call it normal... The F-15 takeoff is very strange, indeed. Can't reproduce it on my end... A-10NWS.trk A-10.trk -
Plane swerving without any input !
FSKRipper replied to Shadow KT's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
I realized the problem of your A-10. Maybe I can post a track myself in the evening. Drifting to one side during T/O and landing is a very familiar behaviour afaik. I will also take the time and watch the other tracks when I'm at home. I have to admit that I never encountered such behaviour with other planes like the F-15. -
Plane swerving without any input !

Could be the answer for the A-10C. As long as I remember the upgraded FM it was impossible to start and land a loaded plane in a straight line without significant rudder input -

I can't comment on all of your tracks but I watched the A-10C part twice. What I remember is that you drifted left during T/O. Such a discussion happened some years ago. I can't remember if the reason was the inertia by the engines or simply asymetric loading but you drift slightly left and the first correction took some time with your rudder (NWS was off at this time if I remember correctly). During the first landing you came in to the right, tipping the Brakes for some times and then your plane is slowly drifting to the left (as at T/O). You made no corrections by rudder/brakes. Real planes are using all axes during landing process (Can only speak for light planes like RG182). The simple answer in this special case for me would be: Either there is a bug which I'm familiar with since 3 or 4 years or you are encountering these inertia/asymetric loading physics :music_whistling: Again, I only speak for the A-10C part!!!! -
I would be cautious with such statements using an edited video and scratching hard along the forum rules. Dear users! We urge you to refrain from discussing political topics on our Forums To answer the OP question I would also vote for the S-8. It would be the simple number of rockets achieving mission kills on some MBT's.

As Sith said... leave it to him. Everybody in the village was aware of his hobby. His weapons were officially confirmed as "demillitarized". The leading state prosecutor has to push his political career so what seems better to find an 78 year old "Nazi" with a whole bunch of war weapons in his house... To avoid misunderstandings: This old man is a collector, was never suspicious to be a Nazi the last 60 years.

You forgot that this landing and takeoff never happened, officially :D

Thanks for clearing this up Yo-Yo. The best cook can't work without sharp knives

Interview with Erich Brunotte Nice interview with Erich Brunotte linked by Wags... http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=2425174#post2425174 Very interesting interview with some "nice to know" facts. To my understanding he had some interesting critic points on the flight model regarding the transverse stability of the model used during the interview. Maybe a hint for the developers? :music_whistling:

[EVALUATING] ASP for A-2-A gun use incorrect / Radar
FSKRipper replied to Shark-Bait's topic in Weapons
As you can read above it will be fixed in 2.0 Don't know why you call it "mods" instead of patch but no, as with other modules with bugs like the SU-25, the Hawk, the C-101 and all the other beta modules plus DCS World itself you won't have to pay an extra dollar. On the backside you won't see a fix for most problems before 2.0 -
Could you provide us a track please?

Also ehrlich... Bild als Quelle? Jetzt wirklich?
Preis/Leistung stehen da in keinem adequaten Verhältnis...

Thanks for the find, 3 Videos are blocked in Germany . Maybe the the soundtrack ore the extended use of historic but unconstitutional symbols on the tailfin....

I won't say it's impossible but we should remember that ED had to make some confessions to the Air National Guard (?) in system modelling for the public during A-10C development. If they want to get a deal with any military contractors they have to follow the rules... I remember (I hope correct) that the development of a third party AH-64 was canceled by a NDA Agreement between the developer and the mighty industry to provide them a professional simulator... So ECM is not magic, you can try to employ some generic jamming models but it won't be a simulation. Remembering the ECM, ECCM modes and frequency switching profiles of the shipborne radar I operated, I would say you have to model it equally for all parties to be fair but as said before it would be far from reality...

Mehr Simulation, weniger "what if"!

Lol, Optimist was?

Outstanding Job . I can't imagine how long it would take to take and synchronize these Videos.
