  1. Make sure your flight is selected or you won’t see them (it’s part of the attack map object waypoint). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. There is a “bomb in zone” trigger, but i haven’t figured it out yet - and I think you have to be specific about what type of bomb (eg Mk82) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Nvmd then. I hadn’t actually looked on my computer to see this Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Select your aircraft (should already be done) and on the right hand side there are a bunch of tabs in the middle of the panel. One is for editing waypoints, one is for mission payload, others are for default chaff/flare setups etc. the only time you don’t have access to this is on the instant missions (which I believe this isn’t one of those) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Check your playload in the mission planner before the mission starts Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I think currently this can only be done in game by the devs of each module. Such as the A10C with its long and short presses. It would be great to have this ability though for a second press of the same button toggling a different command. As far as TARGET, it’s possible I believe but (for me) not worth the hassle Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. If you’re trying to assign in controls- search NWS. It’s under something else but searching for that will bring it up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Which is why a computer flys it and most modern aircraft! Pilot directs and computer does the hard work and calculations. It’s funny, the actual pilots who have flown it are all raving about how easy it is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Open the mission in the mission editor and look at the path of the aircraft. If they go over the airfield then yes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I’m using the t1600 Hotas with rudders. With TARGET I’m limited to just 8 axis across 3 controllers and 32 buttons across the throttle and stick. Until I can run multiple scripts at the same time it’s not useful to me because it combines them all into 1 controller. Yes I know I can exclude certain devices but then why would I use TARGET. Maybe I’m missing something though The only things I miss in DCS is being able to set dead zones at the outer limits of some axis and adjusting overall sensitivity Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Yes Too many limitations with TARGET Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I’ve always felt this a a huge downfall of the awacs reporting. We need some kind of intercept scripting where a certain target can be tracked with updates and info like what you are asking for. Position by itself is very little help in a high speed intercept when you need to know speed and direction not only of the bogey but that you should take to get to them in the best way possible. 13. Problem mapping RWR Search to HOTAS Warthog Off the top of my head are you sure it’s mapped to the right alt and not the left? And make sure it’s not bound to a dx button too What happens when you’re in the controls setup of DCS and you push that button? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Congrats- you deserve it. You’ve always been one of the best at communication and I hope that continues! ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. It’s the same if you take a Sabre up against a bf-109. You have speed on your side but there’s no way you can turn with a ww2 fighter. As fighters got bigger and faster they also got less maneuverable (until thrust vectoring) at low speeds. So if you don’t use your speed or missiles then you’re putting yourself at a disadvantage for turning style dogfights. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. The harrier only supports 2 types of weapons on the under wing stations. So gbu-12 and mav or rockets and Mac or bombs and rockets, but not 3 types Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I actually considered this when it came out. Have you been able to compare it to Vive and rift? When I tried one in the store I was unimpressed but it may have had a lot to do with uninformed sales people who could barely work it. They had to plug and unplug it many times for it to work and the demos were horrendous. The only decent one was a mars landing demo but it was essentially a movie with no interaction. Still the price was nice... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. What software are you using it with? Facetracknoir or another? If ftnoir, then I believe you have to buy the software to use point tracking (it’s only a couple dollars) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. The only unit that does this is AWACS as far as I’m aware. Wingmen will call out units such as “bandits at 12 o’clock” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I find it funny how many people are mad about the release version being available too soon and with bugs, but then they complain that they don’t want to wait- or download the the beta. It’s the same thing every update. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Still in 2.5 open beta Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. No need to do this at all Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. You can do whatever you want. If you only play 2.5 then just keep that. When it releases out of beta branch you have the option to change over. The only reason for keeping 1.5 is if 2.5 doesn’t run on your system. Nobody but you knows that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. It is unfortunate that you have to do this. I copy them all to my saved games/missions folder but have to redo it nearly every update or they don’t work Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Didn’t it say they are still working on that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
