SE Asia, hands down! :D

It was one of the first streams IIRC, when he showed off all the new UI and the module manager. It must have been when he was only doing his streams on twitch, because I can't find it on his youtube channel.

Didn't Wags accidentally show a Belsimtek F-15C module in some old NTTR live stream? Maybe the full fidelity F-15C release will coincide with BalticDragon's new F-15C campaign as well as the release of DCS World 2.5? Well, who knows, right? I'm just happy we might get even more full fidelity modern fighters apart from the F-14 and F-18.

Depending on range, bullets will pass straight through enemy units. At longer ranges you can't hit them at all, and once you move closer, somewhere below 25-50m, you can hit the targets in some areas, and in others parts it will simply pass straight through the target. I've tried this a couple of times, using the APC Tigr and one of the russian fuel trucks as targets, and using the M1A2 and the Leopard 2 as firing platforms using both 7.62, AP, and HE rounds. They all acted the same. The only difference I noticed was that the fuel truck had more hittable areas than the Tigr. I first noticed this while attacking an airfield in Leopard 2's and finding it impossible to kill any hostiles units at all. This was after updating DCS:W to 1.5.4 today, though I don't know if this is an old bug or if it came with this patch since i haven't played CA for ages. Here is a video I recorded this morning where I am firing at Tigr's in an Abrams: [ame] [/ame]

Also, to build upon what JazonXD and Kippy wrote, if you have the TAD as your SOI and slew the cursor over your wingman and press TMS up short, you will hook him and he will show up on your HUD as a dotted box.

The freeware SU-25T have the KH-25MPU and the KH-58 which are both anti-radiation missiles that are used in conjunction with the centerline ELINT POD. Those are the only ones usable by players at this time. If you mean HARM as in AGM-88, then no.

An E-2/C-2 combo would be a day one purchase for me. We'd both get our first AWACS and our first cargo plane. They would also be able to operate from both carriers and land airbases so they would be useful in all kinds of environments and situations.

+1 though I doubt ED will be able to obtain the documentation needed to make a full fidelity module. Since the K is A-A, A-G, and SEAD capable it would balance the F/A-18C nicely. Would definitely be a day one purchase for me!

IRL CBU-87s are used against both armored and soft targets. In DCS however, they are close to worthless so I never use them.
-
+1 Would definitely improve MP!

I hope there is some sort of limit to team switching. Maybe one switch per round? If not, team switching is definitely going to be exploited.

This works too. It is beneficial though to convert them into waypoints as you can clear up space for more markpoints. You can only have 25 markpoints, while you can have 2,050 different waypoints.
-
IIRC, this is how you would go about doing it: Create a markpoint at your SPI Bring up the markpoint on your CDU by setting the STEER PT rotary to MARK Create a new waypoint by pressing appropriate right hand OSB or LSK key on your MFD or CDU panel (the one with a question mark, a number, and a bullseye next to it). When you do this, all the coordinate and elevation data of the selected markpoint will automatically carry over to the new waypoint. Repeat the previous steps until you have all of your markpoints turned into waypoints OPTIONAL: Set STEER PT rotary back to MISSION and adjust coordinate and/or elevation data Finally, add all of your newly created waypoints to a flightplan as described at page 467 in the A-10C Flight Manual (don't remember off of the top of my head how to do this) Good luck! :D

There should be a base skin in MP that doesn't have any markings apart from the country your flying as. Then you could have your own custom nose art, tailnumber, name under canopy, wing/squadron markings, etc (if the server host chooses to allow it.) and have it be automatically downloaded when you join a server. Then you wouldn't have to download huge files with complete skins, only these small decals and texts. And as probad said, i don't want the reno air races with hello kitty f-15s. Just having a distinguishable aircraft in mp would be nice. :D

Rest in peace, Blooze.

We won't get any news on anything with an A-G radar before the F/A-18C is released.
-
I voted AV-8B. However, if RAZBAM will do an AV-8B Harrier II Plus later down the road, I would definitely want a GR7/9 now.

A couple of months ago I read Vipers In The Storm by Keith Rosenkranz, which is an amazing memoir about his own experiences flying the F-16 during Operation Desert Storm. Yesterday in DCS, when flying a night time A-10C mission from the "The Enemy Within" campaign (which is awesome btw), I remembered reading that chaff actually lid up the aircraft at night so I decided to try it out. In-game though, chaff turned out to be completely invisible (in the dark). Here is an excerpt from the book: This should be a fairly easy effect to implement and would add yet another dimension to night time flying, especially at low altitudes.

Well..... Digital Integration pulled it of in F/A-18E Super Hornet which was released over fifteen years ago... You can't see it in this video because of the not-very-smooth taxiing, but when you start lining up at the cat, the yellow shirt slowly brings his hands together and adjusts the speed at which he does it depending on how fast you are moving. Then as you reach the cat he rapidly crosses his arms when you are in position. That's pretty rad. I just couldn't find a video of it. This was the best video I could find. Go to 2:43.

I'd pre-order an E-2/C-2 bundle in a heartbeat! :D
-
Well, you could just turn on the autopilot and operate the radar yourself. I wouldn't be to excited about an E-3, but I'd EASILY pre-purchase an E-2 and play as AWACS online (if DCS had a good voip system). :D
-
I'd buy an E-2 in a heartbeat! Would be awesome to play as AWACS in multiplayer. Wouldn't say no to an AC-130 either..... :D
