  1. Seeing as this thread is a couple of years old the tracks would have been made on an older version of DCS. You are probably better off looking for some you tube videos, there are some great tutorials on there.
  2. As stated by Wags, multi GPU support is still being worked on. http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2661532&postcount=209
  3. Only if your very gullible.
  4. Stick on Velcro...
  5. I think you mean hypothesis.

    Australian Mirage

Nice updates Strut. Sorry for OT but relating to Aussie mirages, some interesting comments by a former mirage pilot about going up against Malaysian F-5s. The rest about F-22s and F-35s, well, Tell 'im he's dreamin'.... http://warisboring.com/articles/chris-mills-wants-america-to-export-raptors/

  8. It's not a wish-list. It's a helicopter made by (or at least IP rights held by) Airbus helicopters. So that narrows down your guessing quite a lot. I read in some other thread (don't remember which) someone talking like the Puma had been announced, however I have not seen anything like that. Was it in one of the non English forums?
  9. I have found that a lot of settings don't 'stick' unless you change it, restart dcs and change it again. Have not checked with subtitles, but worth a try.
  10. Also double check your axis assignments, by default they are usually a bit crazy.
  11. Have you guys tried running as administrator or not as administrator, I had one of the beta updates wouldn't run as one but did as the other, sorry can't remember which was which now. This was with the beta 1.5 a few updates ago, but worth a try.
  12. Great skin. Thanks. I will check it out. I thought they didn't allow gays in the military back then.:music_whistling:

    DCS Tucano

Well done all, keep up the good work. It took 66 posts before someone wishlisted an F-16, next aircraft thread let's see if we can break 100 posts before the falcon gets mentioned. I would be very interested in flying the tucano, simply for the fact that almost all air force pilots from almost all air forces learn to fly on a high performance turbo prop before they go on to specialise in fighters or heavies.
  14. No news, as far as I know.
  15. It has been reported to ED. In the mean time set ROEs to weapons hold until the choppers are out of range of the Farp.

  17. My thoughts are you should put an idea of what the thread is about in your title. That said it would be nice to get an extra activation, although not really necessary unless your a mad keen benchmarker..
  18. You will not have to buy the modules again, depending on your hardware changes you may use an activation, but that is no problem. Plus, what he said, sniped.....
  19. Yeah great, Apple VR, half as good and oh needs a special cable and only Apple programs work with it, bound to sell well with the technology challenged, more dollars than sense masses. /drunk sarcastic mode off.. Well sarcastic mode off anyway.....
  20. At least it's symmetrical. Power to the people!
  21. 2. Yes just click on one of the module icons and set as wallpaper. Not sure about 1. This has never happened to me.
  22. Sorry if a repost, but I found this an interesting article. Sure he is a Valve guy but his excitement is infectious. I was going to hold off on the first wave of VR and wait until it had matured a bit, but if there is this kind of excitement from independent sources once it's released I will find it very hard to resist. http://www.tomshardware.com/news/valve-chet-faliszek-vive-interview,30959.html
  23. Is there much difference from winter to summer in the Nevada desert? There certainly isn't in my local desert (technically an arid zone for the MET guys). The only thing that changes the landscape is the occasional rains.
  24. I totally agree with you Neil (like usual), lots of enlightened and enlightening posts here. Just a shame that to get to them I have to wade past the few unenlightened posts that then occupy my very limited brain capacity.... I cannot imagine how fast his heart must have been beating with the sea coming up at 850 km/h, very lucky to be able to tell his tale.
  25. Great ideas, cant see them happening this decade though.
