  1. What I think is causing your problem is something called mast bumping which is essentially the rotorhead impacting the mast and breaking it off. It can happen on the ground when moving the control stick to any extreme. You have to find out what is causing the mast bumping.
  2. Not sure if its been discussed yet but I really hope we'll still have the option to have door gunners with the slick version.
  3. Are you sure the control stick is centered in-game when starting a mission? Look for the diamond shape in the red box at the top left. Also, make sure "Sync cockpit controls with HOTAS at mission start" is ticked off in the options / misc. menu.
  4. ^2x Just move the stick where you want it to stay, hit the force trim button and center your joystick.
  5. Not only that but the Mi-8 is nearly out yet we know almost nothing about it.
  6. SH5 could have been great if they just took the time to get rid of the bugs.
  7. Never happened to me... Like Damien said, maybe a bird strike.
  8. Have you tried the HUD's night mode? EDIT: Double sniped :(
  9. There are a few in the user files section of the main website.
  10. ^ This Either way, real life pilots aren't forced to look for targets on 1920x1080 resolution screens. The way I see it, Zooming is just like focusing on a specific point IRL.
  11. Only way i know of is to eject (Ctrl + E 3 times.) After you've ejected you can control the pilot.
  12. I wasn't able to reproduce the exact same thing but this screen should give you an idea what happens on hard landings...
  13. Happened to me too once. Main landing gear was still there, nose high in the air with the front wheel off the tarmac. It dragged its tail to a halt. Im not sure what causes it but main gear damage seems likely.
  14. Thanks, shagrat.
  15. Im sorry, I completely forgot about this thread. xracer: There is not much FPS drop in the clouds after all. Maybe the problem was with precipitation then...
  16. Quick question: Is there a way to navigate between waypoints with EGI off?
  17. Anything similar to BMS Falcon 4.32 would be great
  18. Are you actually looking for help on how to resolve your problem or are you just posting here to complain?
  19. I was thinking the same thing.
  20. Those are all selfish reasons :chair:
  21. Nice setup, ez!
  22. The flight manual explains every gauge in detail
