To me you sound like someone that is all upset because they couldn't get there hardware to run oculus or perhaps you have never owned one. Either way all you seemed to do is have the same old answer. Wait for next gen whether you are talking about cpu, gpu, or vr. Get a grip man. If everyone waits then there would be no next gen.., jezzzz

But why are you laughing at cv1 owners? I have a cv1 and when the new version comes out I will just go buy that too? So what is funny about that?

I think a big problem is your CPU speed to be honest bud. Im 100% sure 2.4ghz just will not cut it

i have tried the av8 and the fc3 aircraft on 257.8. they can hear me but i could not hear them? had been working fine up until today.. currently 12 clients connected

ok i have just atarted having a problem... on the 104th everyone can hear me but i can no longer hear them?

I had exactly the same thing. What worked for me was to backup your input folder in DCSopenbeta folder in saved games folder. Then delete the DCSopenbeta folder from your saved games folder. Repair DCS....Then start DCS. Then shut DCS back down again. Replace the input folder with the one you backed up... Hey presto the stutters went for me.:thumbup:

Chaps... I had problems with stutter but still getting 45fps. I solved this issue by deleting the DCS.openbeta folder in saved games folder. Make sure you save your input folder 1st though and put it back after.. Worked for me and im running with DS on

Ok guys... Whats the performance like in 2.5 compared to 1.5 and 2.2 in VR?? I am at work so i cant find out but dying to know..

played for a bit today as you well know mav... looking great so far. you are getting these small teething problems squashed very quickly so well done there. I love where this mission is going. keep up the hard work Sir..

i recently upgraded from a 3570k @4.2ghz with a gtx980 and 16 gig of ddr3 to a 7700k @ 4.5ghz with a gtx1070 and 32gig of ddr4 and it totally transformed the performance of VR in DCS for me. I have even managed to hike the pixels up to 1.8 and getting 45 to 90 fps in 1.5. Compared to when i got between 15 - 23 fps with my old setup.

How is 1.5 with the latest update as regards the stuttering can anyone tell me? I am currently building a new pc so i cant try myself.
