Such damage to the wing should not empty the whole fuel tank. It is quite obvious that F-16 uses a simplified damage modeling that does not belong in a simulator.

Great write up. May thanks to the team for their continued support of this invaluable framework. Without MOOSE, the life of mission builders would not be the same.

Also the extent of the damage plays no part on the speed of the fuel loss. A rifle hit will result in the same speed of fuel loss as a 10mm cannon hit. This needs a rework.

+1 Dynamic weather tab does not work. No clouds are generated, no matter the settings.

I second this request. At least alter the fuel leakage depending on the extent of the damage. Currently it does not matter if you are hit by 7.62mm MG or 100mm flak, the speed of the fuel leak is the same.

I can confirm that this bug is indeed not solved. F-4E Phantom only use AIM-7 when AIM-9 is not mounted on the plane. -
In the last few patches F-16 seems very susceptible to fuel leaks ( no visual effect of fuel leaking) after being hit anywhere by any weapon calibre. Noticeably fuel always leaks at the same rate, the amount of damage does not matter. Is this the intended behavior or a possible bug?

It was removed from planned weapons long time ago, along with AIM-9P and AIM-120A. Probably did not fit the time frame.

@gromit190 Script does not seem to work well in the latest DCS 2.7.11.21408.1 Open Beta. If units are killed and are about to be respawned via :setReinforceTimer(), script returns this error:
