In the test version with annimated switches When I try to go onto a tab with an animated switch. (LeftMFD and the test page) I get this error. I know its only a test version but I throught I would let you know it is not working for me. but it has a perfect connection on and is working on all the other pages.

This will be great to use with realistic voice commands because the current F10 radio menu moves items around a lot, so you can't assign key strokes to "Uzi Cleared to land" ect.. With this you could make a command to open up the chat box and type the correct text all via realistic voice command instead of having to say F2 etc. Hopefully it will be easy enough to impellent to get most multiplayer servers running it.

I often have trouble joining the 74th server because of high ping timeout and I live in the UK! In the lobby it shows a ping to the server of 150ms. I believe that 74th server will kick you at 200ms?? So not sure why I get kicked while loading the first few times I try. Maybe the strain on the computer while loading the level makes the ping time go up?

Have you figured out a way to get the CDU rotary Dials to be animated yet? cus that would be the coolest!

I believe that bird strikes are modelled (but not visually) at least they are in Flaming cliffs 2, I cant check atm because im at work.

Sometimes ATC will not clear you for takeoff when there is another flight on final, sometimes they will (i think it depends on the type of plane, possible bug?) It would be good if they could improve atc some more.

wow surround sound is coming with 1.1.0.8 patch! Trouble is after years of having surround sound setup on my PC the other day I moved my room around and decided to ditch the huge surround sound app because all I play on PC is DCS and it doesnt support it. I will have to go and get myself a buttkick, even through I just spent £200 on a new graphics card.

I’m not sure but this seemed the most appropriate Board to post this. I couldn't find a nice high resolution TrackIr 5 Icon to go along side my other "pretty" icons on my Rocketdock. So i made one in Flash and Saved it as a .Png Comparison Between Standard Icon and Hi-Res: I thought I would share it if anyone is intrested. .Png Attached If you haven't checked out rocketdock before http://rocketdock.com/ it is a cool totally free windows app that gives windows user a Mac like launch bar. An App would be cool, but for the time being I just take a picture of the breifing with my Ipod. Works ok and is quicker than writing it all down!

If a future version of Track IR had a Head tracker and eye tracker the this would be possible and very very cool. It is also technically possible right now. I work with disabled children that use eye tracking to control there computers. Someone should seriously develop this idea!

Well done castle. I have yet to complete this mission yet, I usually get a hung store or press a random key (like the log off windows key!) or something I don't know how to deal with. Maybe tomorrow I will get lucky and finish it!

I don't know why people keep these mods a secrect, sharing stuff with the community will make this game better! Isnt that what forums are for, not for showing off peoples ego's.

I'm also having the same Trim trouble I have just brought a G940 this week and i'm loving it!, been flying lots of DCS A-10 beta with it and just started trying it with Blackshark its way more precise than the Logitech Force 3d Pro I have been using for Blackshark for ages. But i'm also getting this really annoying bug where the trimmer is not releasing to force on the stick to! I will use Slayer's fix for now (thanks +1) but it is not really expectable that my cheapy force 3d pro worked as expected and correct and my new £250 G940 needs a work around! Someone has cocked up in there bug testing. I don't understand how it is affecting some users and not others. I am running windows 7 logitech profile 5.10.217 and Black Shark 1.0.2 and have updated the joystick firmware to the latest version. If anyone knows how to fix this properly with a driver update or so file hacking you would be a god in my eyes. thanks. jib

Yeah this happened to my track ir 4 as well. I think they are very sensitive to power surges. Mine broke 3 days outside of the 1 year warranty :( . But I emailed the shop I brought it from and they said they could offer me a half price track ir 5. so I jumped at the offer. I don't know if they have fixed the issue but i hope so because I don't want to by a new one every year (even thought it is worth it if i had to!)

I use an analogue stick for the BlackShark shkval and I have found that a two setting curve is very good, I use the in game profiler and set users curves on then i have a very shallow cure for most of it, then a steep curve and the ends. so i can slew accurately but also pushing it right to the edge moves it fast.

Let me just straighten this out in my head if we want to change graphics setting like tree view distance, We now have to do it in graphics_bs.cfg and not graphics.cfg? is graphics.cfg obsolete?
