I know these textures are temporary mostly, but for the future don't forget to make something with them in long view - mountains looks so blurry, like very low pixel texture used where in close by it is much better.

Do you really think pools have matters? They won't do it even if 90% voters wanted it and they didn't have it already in plans, if they did have they would do it anyway :)

Good it wouldn't go higher so much if so, I may go to the owner of the developer version of it and test it. I take my PC there and just plug it in. I am curious about depth feeling and how it would be wearing quite heavy thing on your head....

It is understandable, making new engine is power hungry process. But I may point even if some people are angry, they shouldn't be. It is up to ED's own sake to delivery it as soon as possible. As any business company it wants money too. The slower pace of progress, the worse prognosis for the future, costs grow as well. They understand it as well. So there is nothing left, but just to wish no any BSODs and crashes inside bureau. If not Edge, maybe MiG-21 will be on x-mas, it'd be goood ^^

That is right. Personally I put DCS off since 1.2.6 and its problems with MP, poor FPS and so on. Waiting for 1.2.7 only, as I don't have faith that any 1.2.6 patch will correct it properly. I remember gold times, FC 1, day after day 30 people always on 169th, on special events IIRC even 100 people at one time :cry:. Then 169th ripped off, plenty people moved to 104th, FC 2 came and there were less folks to play but still playable and nice ^^. Then we have FC 3 (DCS:W) and many problems... less people to participate.

That window should be larger, as it is just waste not to use more resolution space. Description panel could be wider as well :) Overall looks colorful and suits more for 2013 year than previous menu.

I wouldn't. 1.2.6 is massively backstep in terms of FPS. So if you care about them, don't install it. But if you play MP mostly, you have to, unfortunately. You can copy current 1.2.5 folder installation as backup. It is easier to roll back than full reinstallation.

Because in real life you obey procedures. If weapon is to be fired from 10 km, you fire it from 10 km. Not 11 km. Of course every weapon has some kind of margins, in MiG-21 manual there is sentence you cannot fire S-5 rockets from further than 4 or 5 km. But it is obvious you can if you have to, but you cannot predict what could happen.

But would I see from such small distance clearly or bad without glasses? Is there deep projection or it just looks like watching LCD screen, ie. looking at monitor at distance of 5 cm.

I have some doubts for people with glasses (contact lenses). If I have vision defect (-1 diopter), will I: - see picture good because image is being generated just few centimeters from my eyes, so there wouldn't be a problem; - see picture bad because even if picture is being generated so close, there is something like hmm "deep view" so it may look like watching from distance, thus I would see it blurred like in real life If so is it comfortable to carry this thing and glasses at once?

Long time ago I've read that making Cobra does damage to your plane, no you won't lose a wing, but material is being under such stress that plane drastically loses its life span. For airshows there are better versions of those planes which can do it much longer.

It should be user's decision either better FPS or better fireworks, but if it is not possible to implement they must balance it. They can upgrade GFX when time goes by, while people will get pissed off getting low FPS and hearing a bit weird excuses "it is for future GFX cards O_o). Their last main patch 1.2.6 in terms of performance (compared to the 1.2.5 IIRC) is disaster, personally I completely stopped playing, however I am too lazy to bring back cool 1.2.5 though :D)

DCS is the Mother, FC3 is big set of many planes but if you are not interested in some of them, only in A-10A example so you buy DCS:FC A-10A only for lower price than full FC package.

For Cuban Crysis you need old planes too.

In real life you wouldn't pack 2x Kh-29T, 16x Vikhrs, 2x Kh-25ML, 2x S-25L and 2x R-73 :] This is why there would be less problems about maneuverability, than we have in game, because of our habbits.

I used Logiteh X 530 and it worked well, sound was being played in from all speakers differently. I detached rear speakers due to furniture rearrangement so I use 2.1 now :P

It is not meaning of making it "equal" as in real life they are NOT. You want it or not typical Su-27 is far, far behind common F-15. Also R-77 doesn't exist for RuAF, due its crappyness.
