This was before my time ... you will need to open a support ticket, so that ED support can check your licenses and fix the issue: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/

The downloaded file contains an Installation Guide. On my case, I opted to install it using a Mod Manager, so that I can easily undo the install if needed, looks like this:

Don't understand the question of the thread title ... can't you purchase it on the Store? I have it since many years ago and it is still on my account:
-
dlc is a term used to refer to items that you purchase on the steam or ED Stores, as opposed to campaigns that you download from User Files or other websites.
-
DLC Campaigns have copy protection, you won’t be able to modify them.

Honestly, I care more for details on the airbases than landmarks, else I would be flying that other civil Sim that can't be mentioned

I'm sure this will be tuned by the developers, as this is an early access bird where the development has not yet been finished.

Here is a tip for the "lessons.lua" file used for the training missions: you only need to specify the filename of each mission, in the order you want them to appear on the DCS list. The mission name and description are taken automatically by ED from within the MIZ file, like this: On the pic you can see that the standard missions (I show only the first mission, for clarity) specify all three fields, while the ones I added for Nevada and Kola (also show only the first mission of each set) make use of this tip. For that case, I have a separate folder tree for "MP Missions". I used to separate the missions by map folders, but since DCS added the "Map" column to the mission listing I opted to consolidate all my missions by aircraft type instead. Once the sheer quantity of Modules grew too much, I divided them for Helo, WW2, Cold War, and Modern .. just to keep the listings at a reasonable length.

The easiest way to handle user created missions, particularly those not made by oneself, is to place them at /Saved Games/, the paths are these: 1) For user campaigns: C:\Users\your user\Saved Games\DCS\Missions\Campaigns\en\ ( be careful, as you may have a customized location for saved games and the DCS folder may be named differently, like DCS.openbeta ) ... each Campaign can be stored on a separate sub folder, to prevent file naming conflicts if you place every campaign on the same folder. On the disk it looks like this: Within DCS you will see these campaigns at "My Campaigns": 2) For every other type of User mission, the path would be: C:\Users\your user\Saved Games\DCS\Missions\ ... this includes quick start and training missions. As you can literally collect hundreds of missions over time, you may employ sub-folders to organize things a bit, so the desired missions are easier to find. Within DCS you will see these missions at "My Missions": Then you would have to place them within the DCS Program folder, which is more complex since ED did not intend it to be touched by the user, and thus any Repair or Update process may delete your custom missions if you are not careful. Both Training and Quickstart missions employ a LUA file to provide descriptive names, you would need to edit them if you want any extra mission to appear on the DCS listing. Standard Missions and Campaigns do not need any LUA file. Eduardo

the FB 5 is a single seater.

thanks a lot, I truly love early jets and the vampire was the first jet fighter flown by my country (tough it was a T.mk 55 rather than a mk.5)
-
Yes, of course there are, 8 in total: I understand that they were edited by @Reflected On Caucasus I don't know why they are not set on Marianas WW2, probably that Map wasn't yet available when those missions were made.

+1

honestly, I haven't tried yet .. on my missions I usually go for targets that I place myself, rather than map objects.
-
This is how I have mine: Install path at /Saved Games/ and version number of the Mod: The aircraft shows up on the Mission Editor : and then this is how it looks on the Sim: Check that you don't have other Mods conflicting, check the dcs.log to see if there are error messages about the F-104

The Norrland War - A Campaign for the AJS 37 Viggen
Rudel_chw replied to JonathanRL's topic in User Created Missions General
Can’t believe it’s almost ready I’m so looking forward to your Campaign at the moment I’m still committed with the training missions for the upcoming revamp of the T-45 mod, but only have one and a half missions to finish yet, after that I will fly my own Viggen training missions, to get re-acquainted with it and then go straight onto your Campaign Cheers! and wish you the best. Eduardo PS: did you saw this thread? -
You need a KDO unit in each Flak group, here is a tutorial:

Air India interim official report released
Rudel_chw replied to Rudel_chw's topic in Military and Aviation
He did recognize it and the switches were turned ON again 10 seconds after being switched Off. But the engines need more time to fully spool up, the aircraft crashed 10 seconds after the switches were moved to ON again. No, they don't have guards on the B-787 (watch the video) ... and anyway a guard would be no deterrent if you actually want to operate the switches, it takes just a second longer. -
Hola, @ismaeljorda ha publicado un interesante video acerca de los productos WinWing presentes en esta expo y que debieran llegar al mercado durante este año, vale la pena verlo: Eduardo

check the install path, seems like you installed it on the DCS program folder, instead it should be at /Saved Games/DCS/mods/aircraft

Thanks a lot, seems to work fine Cheers and best regards, Eduardo
