  1. +1 fully agree, I purchased the I-16 knowing there were no period-correct AI assets on DCS, nor a proper map ... just wanted to learn and experience the aircraft .. recreating an historically correct early WW2 was not on my plans with the I-16. For the La-7 I feel the same, and will purchase it as soon as its available.
  2. The USB ID is within the file name, enclosed in brackets. Assign at least one command for the Hornet on the new DCS, then exit DCS and look at the files again, you should see a new file with different ID and today's date. Copy its name onto a scratchpad, then delete the new file and rename the old one with the name you saved on the scratchpad .. repeat for other devices.
  3. Hello, I'm usually interested on any user-created campaign, as most (recent ones) are quite well done and fun to fly. However, I fly DCS a single aircraft at a time, as my old mind can't retain the switchology and procedures of more than one aircraft, and currently I'm enjoying the F-15E ... the last time I flew the A-4E was on December 2021. So, I saved your Campaign, but with the intent of flying it someday on the future, whenever I get to return to the Skyhawk ... even tough it is a bit unlikely, as new aircraft releases (or re-releases) on DCS have become more and more frequent ... but whenever I tire of the Strike Eagle and if the F-4E has not arrived yet, I will then return to the A-4E and fly your Campaign(s) so, thanks a lot for sharing them with the DCS community. I tried this teaser, and was enjoyable: nice music, proper weather, even if I was just like an observer Tried to setup the teaser mission as a Campaign, but it does not give a >50 results value, so it gets registered as a defeat Cheers, and I'm sure there will be Skyhawk users that will give it a go. Eduardo
  4. I purchased it mostly to support the development of the F4U Corsair, and also because I felt somewhat guilty of having purchased the mig-21 on a 50% x-mas sale on 2014, and using it for years with no further expense.
  5. the one described on page 2-7 of the TO 1F-15E-1CL-1 manual, I summarized it like this, as some items cant be done on dcs https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ai6cuX3YQI26iopz6QRNMFpHZ4vS5w
  6. I really don’t know, just like to follow the real procedures as much as possible … I even edited my own cold start mission, as the built-in one didn’t include all details:
  7. Check the date/time of your pc, maybe it changed from summer to winter time?
  8. please, can you give more detail on how to do this fix? I’m another user that dislikes the c-101 engine noise, even if it is realistic
  9. wait … you are right, this is the person that found a lua edit to make the snapviews held:
  10. No, sorry, I don't know anyway to do this without using some kind of macro facility, like you do with Voice Attack, and I do with my HOTAS software, this is a demo on how this macro use looks on my DCS:
  11. I tried it and yes, the A/P button remains pressed after using the trigger .. I unpress it by repeating the command with value 0, here is a sample test.miz
  12. If you look at the changelogs, stable is being updated every 4-5 months
  13. Yes, its to prevent CG changes before the take-off. In flight, all external tanks are pressurized and can transfer fuel. On the ground, since external wing and centerline tanks are depressurized, no fuel will transfer from those tanks. However, the CFTs can transfer fuel on the ground since the CFT electric transfer pumps operate continuously. Fuel transfer sequence within the CFT is designed so the CG moves forward as the CFT transfers fuel, so it is best to prevent fuel transfer from the CFT until you are ready for take-off.
  14. At mission start your pilot has not yet spawn into the aircraft, so you cant operate its switches. On mission start place triggers that activate groups, load scripts, terrain destruction triggers, etc .. the only ones you can’t use at mission start are cockpit triggers.
  15. Try it with command 3001, value 1. (Value 0 turn it OFF, and value -1 switches to ORIDE). test.miz
  16. https://forum.dcs.world/announcement/9-dedicated-server-update/
  17. I was just trying to help, I didnt emit any opinion, so your question is unnecessary.
  18. They should be there, make sure to disable the historic filter (the clock thingy on the ME's status bar), as for some reason the Razbam assets are not compatible with that filter. ----------------- Debieran estar, asegurate de desactivar el historic filter (el relojito de la barra de estado del editor de misiones) pues por alguna razon estos assets de Razbam no son compatibles con ese filtro:
  19. Agree ... the mountain pass for both Santiago and valparaiso is the same single route: "Paso Libertadores", and most likely Chile would have blown-up bridges and tunnels of that road as soon as argentinian troop movement started. Chile learned a lot from both that attempt by Argentina and from similar plans by the Peru of Fujimori's era; thats why currently Chile has kept upgrading its military over the last 30 years, to the point that it now surpasses both Peru, Bolivia and Argentina combined. Pity that so much money gets wasted on 3rd world countries, but unfortunately the recent events in Ukraine have shown that peace can't be trusted anymore.
  20. Most Campaigns are not subscribed to the Miles program, which one did you purchase?
  21. Checked it and 32 GB is its limit: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H97-D3H-rev-10/sp#sp also, modern graphics cards use PCI Express 4.0 and your motherboard is 3.0 … but as the standards are back-compatible the new card should work, but with a performance penalty.
  22. workaround: press right ctrl + num0 twice, followed by num enter (zoom normal)
  23. The NS430 can be used on almost every DCS aircraft, it looks like a 2D window (enable with Left Shift + Left Alt + B ), like this: Only on the Mi-8, L-39 and C-101 you can get a 3D integration within the instrument panel, and it costs extra.
