  1. What do mean? I don't understand what you are talking about? Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  2. Thanks a lot for the effort, but if I may, as a guide listing what each module does. I think you should refrain from writing subjective personal opinions on the aircrafts. (The complex, fidelity tags and stars,...) As these seems to be only reflecting your biased personal opinion on what are the qualities you personally look for in a module and can't reflect the whole picture with just a one line description or a little icon. So I think the premise is rather flawed. Either you do full reviews or you don't. But don't give a rating based on two lines of very subjective information Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  3. I just tested the Mig21 in latest realease. And it is outrageous that any can ssay that the FM is improved ! This is the worst FM has ever been.It feel likes "GAME" FM has been activated ! the plane just simply point were you point it ! Never complains, can sustain any AOA ! This is ridiculous! How can anyone say that this is an improvement is beyond me ! This is so bad that I can't beleive the dev put this intentionaly ! They must have confused the FM for 'MAC ' or 'GAME mode' with the regular FM, it can't be otherwise ....
  4. For me that kind of things should be handled at the VR driver level.not DCS.( Inside occulus or steamVR driver) Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  5. I used a software called xMouse to allow to redirect some mouse button to other key presses.very usefull. You could do it using this Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  6. Not every single bit needs to be simulated of course. But it should be possible to follow and recreate official real world procedure to a point. Once the product is "feature complete", I expect very similar level of simulation as the A-10C ! No more no less. Of course those can fall at the lowest priority but they shouldn't be forgotten Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  7. Are you serious ? They missed a lot of release dates recently. F16, F18, where each pushed back 2-3 times. Persian gulf was pushed back several times, EDGE update as well. They are too many to count Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  8. What an odd complaint this is! You have a weird sense of priorities Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  9. How to properly update VRK from old version without loosing settings ? Just run the installer to the same location of previous install? Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  10. Honestly, this depends so much on the type of soil/grass, that if might be pointless to add. A car can easily get stuck in most regular grass here. And it is way lighter than a su25 and has one more wheel Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  11. Wake turbulence intensity is only dependent on the total amount of lift produced by the wings. So for a level flying aircraft it depends of its weight, and is the same for all AOA. If the aircraft is pulling G it will proportionally stronger. This is something we'll understood and that can be demonstrated by analytical analysis of Navier-Stokes équations Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  12. I can see what you mean, and I don't feel it is a big problem for me &my rift cv1 but I could imagine this angle needs to be adjusted in some cases. However I have no idea if it is easily feasible. Control for viewangle are disabled in DCS VR :/ Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  13. I don't see the ppo,t of OP. for me the F14 is very usable in VR. I only fly VR, from both the RIO position and the pilot position. The only tiny accommodation I made are I often change a bit the pilot point of view when starting, but think of it as adjusting the seat ^^ Brickdust VR friendly cockpit was nice in the beginning for the labels, but now that I know most of the cockpit I don't need it anymore.
  14. Ok ! Great, it makes sense now, I thought it affected the whole display :) Thx Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  15. Ok, there is definitely something wrong : setup : Me : flying north @6000ft 430kts GS target : flying north @5000ft 650kts GS See images bellow, with the scale switch in all three positions : No differences at all on the DDD screen ??? how could this be, for me scale switch is non functional ! Vc Switch x4 : Vc Switch NORM : Vc Switch VID :
  16. I don't think it is. It doesn't match what the manual describes anymore Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  17. I made some experiments Ingame. It looks to me like the scale switch isn't doing anything in game .... There are some errors in my illustration from above I will report with corrected material Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  18. So, all praise indeed. But did anyone try to use it actually? From a cold start, I can't get the navgrid to center on a desired location.? Manual says that it should center on one of the waypoint in the order :,HA, ...... HA is defined bo are wp1,wp2 ... HB and others. Yet my navgrid still shows in a lat/long of 0N 0E. Am I doing something wrong ? How do you change navgrid location from cold start or during flight? Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  19. Thx for th vid, but I don't really see your point ? Is it that people don't offset enough to the side to feel relative velocity ? Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  20. It seems to me taht the HCU offset function is bugged since the navgrid upgrade. If you set the cursor somewhere roughly in the center of the screen (less than half way to the edges) it works as intended: HCU Full action -> Offset button -> the TID centers on the HCU cursor. If you slew the cursor close to the edge of the TID and do the same thing : -> TID map jumps the opposite direction ! does not center on HCU cursor ! just tested in the caucasus instant action take off mission. cheers Br
  21. Sorry I don't get this comment xD. for me there is deep confusion between : and the last quote leads me to believe that the scale should be : Where is this you speak of then ?? for me those two info do not match ? In BEAM-NORM the whole span of the screen is from -1200 to +1200 : ok It would make sense that in BEAM-x4 the center of the screen would stay at 0kts, but the scale are stretched x4 => whole span of the screen from -1200*2 = -2400 to 1200*2 = +2400 span = 4800 OK : (though for me the switch should rather be called x2 then... but anyway) But from your quote above it seems that changing the scale switch from NORM to x4, streches the scale but also moves the '0tks' point downward ? Is this correct ? What happens then if you have BEAM-x4 ? how does the combined change to 0kts point from the aspect & scale switch combine ? This Is how I understand it. first image for BEAM-NORM. Second image for BEAM-x4 and NOSE-x4 https://imgur.com/a/KSBLKVK
  22. Disable jester first " set inactive" Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  23. This texture setting is not for this. It is for the MFD. What you want is cockpit texture to high Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  24. No it is correct. It is because the 19 is already used by mig19 and it would be confusing Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
  25. This looks interesting ! So far I am using my own solution : https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=224013 How much button does this have ? Left & right click ? What about scrolling ? Is there any extra button that coul be used for VR zoom ? Sent from my VTR-L09 using Tapatalk
