I'm experiencing the same thing. When I returned from checking the controls menu, I had a message stating, "Head Tracker has been disabled." I hadn't touched a thing.

The one thing this sandbox really needs is a modern, western built, SEAD capable aircraft.

I enjoy flying IFR as well. PiedDroit is correct. Most folks don't like flying at night let alone in IFR conditions. You would need to form, or join a squadron with a limited number of members that are all on the same page regarding policies, procedures and in general how missions will be conducted. I say limited because that would be the only way to get everyone on the same page. People come at this hobby with so many different expectations that it's difficult to accommodate them all.

Great video. Between ED's work and Starway's Mod, it will be pretty exciting to see what the BS map will eventually become.

I am using realistic mode. What information is provided that isn't available with F10? I don't mean this as a criticism. It may be more realistic in that you get less information due to radar limitations.... Which is fine. For example, I had an AI aircraft sitting on the runway which I couldn't see with Lot ATC but could with F10. You can see how that could be a problem for a controller. Weather can only be static so you need that information once. It certainly looks more realistic. Universradio works great with it.

The program works fine but I'm not sure I'm getting much more information than what I'd get from the F10 map when it comes to ATC. The F10 map will allow me to see the airfield as ground control to organize aircraft for taxi. The information given about aircraft in the air is no different than what F10 supplies unless I'm doing something wrong, which is likely.

Agreed. Trainers have ILS. I like Belsimtek's work and this aircraft appears to be well done visually. My guess is that it's appealing to a small niche and not going to be a huge seller. I'll wait for a future sale.

There have been several occasions in multiplayer (various different servers, missions, aircraft) in both 1.5 and 2.0 where some aircraft are not visible. The pilot of the "invisible" aircraft is able to see everyone else. Also, when using the A10C, these "invisible" aircraft do not appear on the TAD. I have filed a bug report. I was curious if others have experienced the same issue and perhaps could shed some light on the problem.

Alot of servers mix the aircraft....you'll have Russian and Western aircraft on both sides.....the 104th for example.

Multiplayer will be difficult with no IFF.

In both 1.5 and 2.0, there have been numerous times when some aircraft are not visible by other players. When flying the A10C, those "invisible" aircraft are often not visible on the TAD either. On occasion, the pilot of the "invisible" aircraft is taxiing behind me but, when I check F2 he appears to be airborne. I'm guessing it's some type of sync issue. This has happened on different servers and numbers/types of aircraft. There are no players with unusually high pings, etc.

How do you determine Red or Blue without IFF on MP? Some servers have F15s, SU27s and Mig29s on both sides.

No aerial refueling.....no ILS.....no IFF ability which is a big issue with MP......I'm not getting a lot of wow factor with this aircraft. The cockpit looks very well done. I'm just not sure what I would do with this thing.
