  1. Im Highspeed Handling ist die F-86 überlegen, zumal die MiG-15 bei ziemlich genau Mach 0.9 anfängt auf eine Seite zu Rollen wegen der Kompressibiltät. Da ist bei der F-86 noch Luft nach oben. Bei Hit&Run spielchen gegen zwei menschliche Spieler in der Sabre siehst du ziemlich alt aus in der MIG-15. Im Dogfight ist die MIG-15 überlegen, im langsamen Kurvenkampf kurvt Sie und steig auf jedenfall besser, ist kein Insta Win Button aber Merkbar. Problem an der Sache ist von High Speed zu niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten erstmal zu kommen ohne das man sein Vorteil verliert, weil soweit ich mich noch erinnern kann hat die F-86 eine G-Suit für den Piloten, MIG-15 nicht. Also viele hohe YoYo's fliegen, nicht zur hart Einkurven und nicht die Geduld verlieren.
  2. Yes exactly Saburo, they allow to use C3 in the second Gear (Höhenlader). Was discussed sometime ago, but what i am writing know is Hypothetically. They used the C3 Injection only in first Gear (Bodenlader) because they was afraid it would rise thermal Problems because of the leaner mixture in the second Gear (Höhenlader) rising Cylinder Head Temperature. The Document is exactly about the Time they finished Trails with Emergency Power without C3, didnt have any concerning negativ Temprature effects. So they allow C3 in second Gear Höhenlader also.

By the Way in Found it again, to add more confusion here :D Shot Translation from English: BMW is working in order to allow C3 Fuel Injection above 1 Km Altitude, in the high altitude Blower Gear to increase Climb Power. Testing results still pending. Last important Text note: With the Notification from 20.1.44 above Altitude the Emergency Power is cleared for 10 Minutes.
  4. Can you tell all day long to do not this or this against AI, but you see the AI is not something that is not beatable... But soccer player doenst get good from staring a stratgey Board, only from Training..
  5. The AI was never doing any fancy things that Player doesnt can't do... You have to watch Angels and Energy, thats 90% of People are struggling, because when you have no Energy you can not Engage or Turn, the Turn rate is also depending on your Airspeed... Turning hard as possible doesnt help by any Means Was recorded this morning, this it is not K4 but is the same thing, P-51 vs k4 on Exellent..Video Quility sucks was done only for Training Purpose...Video is 12 mins long..

  7. Ich nutz mein Warthog Joystick eher selten, Hauptstick ist der Sidewinder 2 aber so ungefähr sieht bei mir die Kombi mit Wheelstand und Trottel aus. Als Idee zum selber Bauen.. PS.Damals gabs noch keine Crosswind Halterungen für den Wheelstand deswegen auch selber gebastelt.
  8. It will work in conjunction of Ground Based Radars. Will send a impulse Back (IFF) to the Ground Radar, so they dont accidentally open up Anti Aircraft Fire on friendly Planes who return from a Mission.
  9. Sorry for Hijacking the Russian Thread, but could not find any good Answer to this.. Did the Raduga F futuring any Low Light or IR Night Capabilty? Some say it use LLTV (Low Light TV) the older ones, and newer MI-24 Feature IR Aiming Channel?
  10. Hello, With the release of the MIG-29 FM one of my Favourite Moduls, i was working on a SP Mission. After some stuff didnt work out as Pretended, and over Flying the Mission due Testing she was left Behind. After some Time passing, i did enjoy the Mission again some releated Bugs and so one are gone in finallized the Mission. Hope someone will enjoy it, Hope for some Feedback...   11. Das neue BS2 Cockpit hat mich auf dem Monitor auch nicht umgehauen, hoffentlich ist da noch luft nach oben beim BS3 Modul.. Das ist die Version die kommt, als extra sind die (MAWS) Missile Warning Sensoren verbaut aber ohne FLIR

  13. I am not pretty sure, something about Rocket Attack and Safe Formation Flying... There was also alot of Discussion about how long the Helicopter can Hover for example of Attack, because some American Articel claimed it was not possible for the Hind because of the the wide Wingtips disturb the lift of the Main Rotor and Engines will pretty fast die, 6 Mins of Takeoff Power maximum. MI-8 Pilot says this is not true, and the Hind can Hover for Hour within safe Parameters, only the Service Life will degrease in Long Terms.. And Discoverd there pretty stunning Video..
  14. The 115Liter Tank was there, but it was never filled with MW-50 in the A-8. Was installed there to increase the range of the 190, was filled up when needed with C3 Standard Fuel. The MW-50 did more harm then anything good to the BMW-801, cracked cylinder, massive decreased service Life of the Engine.. After few test with the MW-50 they give up, didnt increase much the Horsepower of the Engine in combination of the described Problems. That is only a untrue Tale that never get old for some Reason. The full Throttle Altitude where the Charger could hold the Boost of the Engine was relative low with 5,7 Km, after that MW-50 is useless. B-17 Formation's fly around 7-8 KM, therefore MW-50 would only useless Ballast what would decrease the Climb Power. 190 was first deployed in 1942 on the Channel Front, did nothing else then Fighting the Spit in low to medium Altitudes. So only Fighting Bombers is a little bit Flawed. By the way the only increased the Boost from 1.32 -1,42-1.56 over the Years....
  15. The F-14 RIO doesn't have Flight Controls in Back Seat. Think it is like in L-39 wher you have to hand over the Flight Controls, that Input will not intefere between two Human Players. Dont know how many Switches etc. are shared between WSO and Pilot, but hope they dont bother around to long with the Mutli Crew thing. By the Way did i overlook it but there is no mentioned about MI-24 in that Reddit Post?

  18. Did the MI-24 prove any Night Attack Abillity. Some sources stated the Raduga SH with Light Image Amplifier.. Not realy sure it is related to the laterr VP Version, because its more simple pimped U-Boot Periscope?

  20. Thx Bulba, Intressting Stuff, makes sense the Operator is ploting the Curse and have Overview about Navigation to share Workload... Think would be nice when you could ask your Gunner about your Current Location in DCS...but think like in the MI-8 the DISS-15 is overly accurate in Position measurement...
  21. As pilots of real Mi-24s note, these automatic plotters were rather inconvenient in operation, therefore they were rarely used. Hmm that's Intressting, the MI-8 basicly use the same System, only the visual Output is different with Analog Numbers and Drift...Was it DISS-10? But on what Source then they Rely for Navigation Purpose? Flying with MAP Compass and Pencil and calculating Legs in a Combat Enviremont seem's quiet Difficult to archive for me? Any Idear?
  22. For the Soviet the P-Model was a Upgrade, because the Yak Chin Gun didnt have enough Penetration Power to deal with any sort of Light Armor, was prone to Jamm.. I am happy we get the P-Version anyday, after we didnt Fight that much Infantry in DCS, the 30mm have at least a Punch agianst Ground Vehicle.. After the major of Player still enjoy to fly SP Mission, how tell the AI currently what they have to shoot ...all in all DCS is not so far i would choose V-Variant For example there is good Infantry Simulator, AR### still a pain to fly lonely the MI-24V Hind even the AI is much more superior to DCS...
  23. When you ask me, this still the AI Model that we have allready Ingame.. Hope really the MI-24 is moving this Year foward.. For the Core Engine think defintly the AI have to Step foward in Spotting Mechanics for the Gunner...

Problem an gefühlter warer Geschwindikeit ist auch die Anzahl der Bodenobjekte die Geschwindigkeit suggerieren, heißt im echten Leben sind viel mehr Gegenstände von Sträucher bis Felsen die den Eindruck von Geschwindigkeit real werden lassen.. Würden wir das alles in DCS darstellen würde das Fealing näher kommen, aber dafür würden wir 1 FPS per Sekunde spielen..
