  1. How many units were in the mission where you tested it?
  2. You have to run the MT (Multi thread) Version of DCS instead of the ST (Single Thread) Version of DCS that you are currently using.
  3. A manual usually does actually provide more than a guide.
  4. Just make sure whatever version you want to delete is not the up-to-date one that you are using. And if you do delete the wrong one, you just have to update the other one. But yes, deleting one won't make the other one unplayable.
  5. You can check if there is a suitable profile for you on the User Files: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/filter/type-is-profile/apply/
  6. Du musst die MT (Multi Thread) Version von DCS ausführen, nicht die ST (single thread).
  7. How long to load is too long to load depends on you, how much are you willing to wait for it to load? And how many units is too many also depends on you. You might have a beefy system, but are you planning to publish the template? If yes, you might have to consider to remove unneeded units.
  8. You need to switch to the MT (Multi Thread) version of dcs.
  9. @BIGNEWY or @Flappie Maybe either of you know?
  10. It changed. Now you do it by pressing RCtrl+RShift+2/4/6/8 and the zoom buttons on the numpad.
  11. I have never experienced this... There should not be any loss of pressure whatsoever. Can you reproduce your issue in singleplayer? If yes, can you attach a short track of it?
  12. Did you check that you don't have any unwanted keys/switches assigned to it?
  13. Eigentlich ist das für Artillerie, aber scheint wohl als wäre das wieder einmal ein Feature von ED, welches noch nicht zu Ende gedacht/pogrammiert wurde.
  14. Yes, ATC changes runway depending on wind, and in DCS only the ILS for the active runway is turned on. ATC in multiplayer is bugged. Also any chance you can send a replay from Caucasus? I don't have Kola so I cannot help you with the track you've sent.
  15. Basically, look at your ball/slip indicator. Make sure it stays centered. If it's centered, you are flying coordinated. If it's off, step on the rudder that is in the same direction as the ball/slip indicator. Literally the same principle as in every aircraft, including the F-18 (though that one cheats as the computer is helping you). As for how much rudder is needed to bring the nose onto target is literally impossible to say. Every situation is different requiring different amount of rudder. That's something only you can learn by practise and trial and error.
  16. I tried it with Batumi and it works just fine. So again, give us more infos if you still have issues.
  17. There are some infos missing. Is RWY07 even the active one? Can you get ILS to work on other maps? Did you put the EHSI into NAV PLS? Are you following the flight director? Do you have a track?
  18. Always make a seperate topic for seperate issues along with the needed infos like tracks and how to reproduce.
  19. ST is slowly but surely put out of service so you will eventually have to go with MT.
  20. No, it's a limitation of DCS. It's boom is not functional.
  21. What kind of problems are you talking about?
  22. Make sure you equipped the NVGs via the F8 Ground Crew menu. Note that you have to chose between JHMCS, NVGs or nothing. You cannot combine JHMCS and NVGs together.
