well, ok... I do understand that they would want to get it stable before it goes public.

No, If the aircraft is russian then the buttons shall be in russian, same thing if the plane is american, swedish, chinese or whatever. And if you still want the cockpit in your language, then you can just mod it. (nothing wrong with tooltips being in english though)

Who not have the buggy DCS world 2 on the open beta testing, and the current version on the release version of the game? im pretty sure most people that would be using the open beta client understands that there will be lots of crashes and bugs.

1+ from me! id love a F-something (as you call it), but im more interested in something that hasn't been modeled (not as realistic as dcs tho) to death in various simulators already.

I loved the U.S vs the U.S.S.R missions! mad it alot more fun in my opinion. This way you can focus on the strengths of your aircraft and the weakness of the enemy, and i found the gameplay worked out incredibly well... I hope we will see more of it!

We will most likely get DCS 2.0 before the poor MiG even gets a new freaking model and cockpit. And we will most likely be at DCS 30.0 before we get an AFM....

I'ts normal.. it happens to me and a few of my friends sometimes. And for some reason it has only happend to me on the VA. I don't know, but it most likely isn't your typical graphics card overheating problem. i5 3570K (no overclock right now) GTX 670 8gb RAM

**** me man, i went to Duxford last year.... got to try out the 3d glasses (that was awesome, thank you)... But sadly i don't believe i have the money, nor do i have the time for it now :/ Cant wait to fly the p-40 at home though ;)

Missiles aren't modeled? Anyways... I do not have anything against ww2 planes in this game, but i do fear that it's going to flood over because its easier to make them. And looking at all the upcoming ww2 planes that are approaching so fast is nerve wracking for my wallet unless the price per module goes down.

What is the most recent "release date" they put up for DCS 2.0?

I agree with him. i see no point in doing realistic missions in the ww2 planes in this game before the spotting gets better. That is not to say i wouldn't mind having more ww2 aircraft, just that i wouldn't enjoy them in multiplayer that much. And i do not like the "we need more ww2 aircraft because we already have x amounts of jets and/or helicopters" (or the other way around). Let's just wait and see what comes. it's a fact that making a ww2 plane is in total a lot/a bit easier than making jet's, so in the future there might be more ww2 planes than modern fighters for ya. :pilotfly: (personally i'd like it to stay modern because i already have Il-2 and have played it to death when i was younger. But i see how people will totally disagree with me :cry: )

An airframe is bad because it cant do hard turns? If i follow that way of thinking, then the F-16 sucks because it cant go mach 3 :lol: You really think that being able to go mach 2.8-3 wont help you in defeating missiles?

No, i believe he dosent want to do it for dcs beacue of economical reasons and the fact that he would have to model alot more systems for a dcs aircraft to be accepted my the community. And i believe hes only by him self or maybe with a few others at max.
