Agreed... I can't see how this is comfortable for even a short period of time.. It looks like there is a lack of support and your elbows and legs would hit/rest against the sides.

Can confirm, a buddy and I were doing carrier traps and taxiing on the carrier was not at all fun... if your forward momentum stops.. you are pretty screwed.

A bunch of us on MP were unable to fire rockets when they are placed on the outer pylons (stations 9 and 1). Seems to be a bug...

If you have a freesync monitor and want to benifit from freesync you have to go with AMD since NVIDIA doesn't support it.

You will notice a lot less studdering (if you notice that now) and your load times will be a lot better... but even with an SSD the load times are pretty long right now. So I would say it is 100% worth it.

Well, to be fair the M2000 performance drops off a lot fully loaded as well.

I know that... but before the firmware upgrade I didn't have to change my #but option, now I did... so something has changed (for the better I would guess).

Unless I am crazy the "But #1" on the POV's wasn't working in earlier firmware versions... but it is working in this one, threw me off a bit when my POV's were both pressing the same buttons. Fixed it by making one POV start at button 60 and the other at 50. Also, anyone else having random keys pressed after setting a config to the joystick? It goes away after a restart or two of the joystick... still think it may be a bug.

Not sure how I fixed it... it was either by changing terrain object shadows to flat or disable aero interface. I had changed both and the issue is gone.

Nice catch! That was it! For some reason I thought that was some sort of damper setting.... silly me, still learning the software.

Well, tried that and it didn't work. Defaulted the profile and now the GATE CONT is working as I want but the MASTER MODE now won't work as buttons (opposite problem)... guess I will just keep at it. Thanks for the response. Attached is how I have it set up, I want both the GATE and MASTER axis to output buttons (to use as TMS and DMS on the A-10C). When I set both to how the linked image is the MASTER axis does nothing but the GATE axis works how I want it to. If I change both to VC#1 then the GATE axis seems to press more buttons than it should and the MASTER axis still does nothing. Can both Axis be used as button's instead of axis or just one at a time?

As far as the manual and the software... it might be helpful if it explained what 1-8 was assigned to (see above image), right now, unless I am missing something, the only way I can find out is to guess.

I have been reading through the manual and am probably missing something... but how can I make the GATE CONT ministick act like the MASTER MODE ministick (so that they perform a button press)? I have them both set to POV Type LosRes4w and to output as buttons (one button V and one button L) but the GATE CONT ministick refuses to output buttons and continues to output as an AXIS... while the MASTER MODE ministick is acting as expected.

Tried turning off global cockpit illumination, still have the issue.

These seem to come and go and I am not sure yet what is causing it (lighting I assume). So far I have only really flown the harrier so I am not sure if it is happening on other modules. I already tried deleting my save games file and a repair. Images attached. Edit: I can see it on the A10C master caution as well, so it isn't just the harrier. Also, I shouldn't have written "on HUD" but rather cockpit.

Nah, just make it easy on yourself and remove the whole internal unit so you can get to everything easily. If you try and do it with just the bottom plate removed it can be a little tight.

Solo: Operation Piercing Fury, I can't really pick one moment... but each mission feels so alive, I will def do it again after 2.5. Multiplayer: Blueflag, I haven't flown it for a long time now... but the early days it was amazing to hear everyone working together for an objective.

I will say the software isn't very user friendly and takes some reading up and tinkering to really learn. Hopefully that is eventually corrected. But as far as the stick... I agree with streakeagle, it is insanely smooth.. much better than my X55.

Yea, I had calibrated a few times... weird thing is tonight it isn't doing it. Perfectly smooth.

Anyone know how to reduce the sensitivity of the controller thumbstick (GATE CONT)? Nevermind, found it... response curves! Also, anyone figure out how to reduce "jitter"? When I hold the stick to the right (left doesn't do it near as much) it jitters around a bit as you can see in the image, I assume this has something to do with the filter setting? This doesn't impact game performance... just curious as I am still learning the software.

Is the VKBDevCfg-C v83.9.6 version triggering anyone elses windows defender? Says it's a trojan:Win32Fuerboos.C!cl
