It should work just fine. What you can do is open it in the editor and save as new. Thatusually works for about 90% of the update incopatibilities with my missions.

There is for Arma, I don’t think groups are that dynamic in DCS. I could very well be wrong though.

For sure. I am working on a new version as we speak. Is the current version not working at all in 2.5?

I'm trying to run DCS on my laptop, but it crashes immediately on startup and says "Unfortunately DCS crashed". Any ideas on what's going on? -Fresh install of 2.5 open beta. -Tried repair. Log attached. dcs.log-20180224-133129.zip

Quickly changing profiles won’t help. The release que has already passed. What you can do is select the other GBU, change to CCIP mode and release it immediately, they will both track and hut their target. It’s just not very pretty.

Switch to CCIP and the gun cross will not hide the symbols behind it (if you change the occultion setting).

I don’t think so. It was a while ago that I tried this, but I think all you can do is linit the air base stock levels. Meaning, you can limit the number of AGM-65 to a total of six, but there is no way to further limit that to for example ”max 2/plane”. You could just empty out the storage completely, but then the players can’t reload if that’s neccessary.

So, 2.5 tanked my old workhorce PC (well, actually imac but let’s not talk about it) and it’s time for me to invest in a new PC. Basically, I have a wall socket, Track IR and a TM WH, so every other component needs to be acquired. Since DCS is my life, it is basically the only thing this PC will run. Therefore I want to make it as best I can for just that. Thing is, I know nothing about pc components, and I could use all help and input on how to set up a PC as best as possible for no VR single player DCS extravaganza. So if there’s anything that is better or worse than anything else, please share it here! Cheers guys!

Have the script name air defences ”hpriority whatever” and armor ”priority whatever”. You can also make further priority levels (hpriority1, hpriority2 and so on) to further enhance the priority levels of different units.

You can make it so you get Wags saying "Rifle!" whenever you fire a mav using eventhandler and the sound file in the install folder. But nothing beats saying it out loud to yourself, of course.
