Something I miss is individual briefings. Many of the things this guy wants are present, but you have to do it. And that is a problem. Not everyone has the skills. You can make the aircrafts accountable, taking off from different airports airports, you can do lots lots of things, but! The concept is different. What we don't have in dcs is the grand scale, something dynamic.that makes you want to live above all. The best of DCS is that you can put "situations". What I miss the most is the EW enviroment. And good servers, where 100% of the pilots work as a team. I am really excited with what Mbot will release soon.

pues cuando pruebes algunos de los modulos con cabina cliqueable y gestion real de sistemas, verás.... Solo te recomiendo que no empieces por el A10, es demasiado complicado.

the easyest way, put the AI OFF at the beggining of the game, and then when you are flying over them put AI ON.One of the main problems is they run out of ammunition easy. also, you can put a group of 3 o 4 infantry units in invencible mode close to another so they can fire each other. Then you put the rest of each coalition little bit in the back with Red status so they wont move. Then you can put when all mortals are dead, the invenciviliy ends. another solution is spawning ground groups with CTLD. THey will spawn in the trigger zones you choose and when you want, and they will go to fight the enemy. I had a mission over there, that there were to trigger zones, at about 2 kms. Then every 5 minutes or so a new infantry groups was spawned, they moved to the enemies´trigger zone. once the one forces where 4 times the other force, the enemies stops spawning groups. The way to achive that was by eliminating the enemy

Hello Mbot. Another question, how do you plan to give the route points for aircrafts without INS, or similar? NDBs, Vors? I winder how. I love 2 generation planes ;)

Thats it. You can put some f4/f5 as CAs IA and order attack when things start to smell bad.

You can change that. Check for the mist.getLLString and change it for MGRS. -
Rectificar es de sabios... Para asignar el throttle. Entra en una mision con el avión deseado.. Pulsa ESCAPE Ajustar controles. Arriba, pone algo así como asignar ejes, Busca el eje que te interese. Y a la derecha tienes varias columnas con tus asignaciones.... y en que dispositivo estabasignado. Pues pulsa ahí y cuando te salga el menú para asignar, mueve el eje que quieras y lo reconocerá. Cierra lo y guardalo. Esto que parece complicado, es algo que se hace en 15 srgundos. Cada nuevo modulo, tendrás que hacerlo, y es mejor así ya que tenemos periféricos diferentes, y aviones diferentes. A unos nos gusta llevar el cursor del radar en un sitio y a otros en otro. Ademas, mucha gente se fabrica sus propios paneles, así es muy fácil configurarlo. Ahora a volar!

I mentioned to you the script c4SIR does that. -
I did it with my short knowledge of lua, but it works really fine, very funny for every aircraft and helo. This together with some random enemy spawn via mist, you can deploy your troops via Ctld and they will look for the enemy and once in line of sight they will report. Then you can deploy more troops, bring cargo, or via predefined CAS fligths, that should be orbiting, call them to attack specific groups. There is a menu of all groups spotted with a brief definition of what it has. You don't know exactly the ammount of each type... For jnstace, 10 enemies, AAA, infantry and Manpad. How many AAA? You don't know, but if there is a SAM tor... take care! If you send flight CAS against SAMs, they can abort the attack, so, you should avoid "allow abort mission" via advanced task. But the simplest tool is the reportING and smoke enemies. Or just fly with an A10...

Is it possible to activate a flag if you switch navigation ligths on or off via scripting? I want to do a scenario for navigation in combat situation where certain actions must be taken to avoid being shoot down for a supposed friendly fire.

Why for do you need the scripts? In our squadron, i always have CTLD. Load and cargo troops, and autolase. Detection script. Makes the IR SAM visual detection more realistic IADS. Makes SAMS net smater EWRS. Kind of GCI AWACS C4IRS. Makes ground unit report en my position, and mark if needed. Also, you can put IA FLIGHTS that will attack such groups on demand via F10. Suppression fire. If enemy unit is attacked they hold fire few seconds. Flak. If needed some enviroment, together with IIIWW mod with 37 mm and 88 mm AAA. All of them are my MUST HAVE in big missions with féw different roles.

You can use Moose to make your own script or use the one I made. It makes that every friendly ground unit report enemy situation on demand. And if theyr are close enough they can mark them with https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=2713321
