Oh, okay. I get it now.

Like what? You arrive at M1, switch to ANF, unsafe the weapon, hold trigger. There's literally three actions needed once on the attack run for most attack profiles. I can think of one scenario where it's two actions. Granted, I may be missing something, but what attack/weapon profile are you using where you find a need for "hot and fast" key binds?

That should only aid me in my quest to unload some ordnance on an enemy FARP.

Operation "Blue Flag" - 24/7 PvP Campaign - ROUND 9

Maybe there's so much discussion and back-and-forth about "balance" due to both sides having roughly equal victory goals. When I read "these helos do this, but these helos will only do this", or, "yeah, but the Russian version of ground attack suffers from 'x' deficiency", or "that helo can't carry troops", or whatever, I wonder if maybe having different types of victory conditions for each side might be a strategy. I think it's possible that could change the dynamic and play into the strengths of naturally "Red" and/or "Blue" aircraft. -

I'm glad I was able to help. The bill is in the mail.

Your client log for a failed connection on top, and my successful connection on the bottom with differences bolded. First impression is that your DNS SRV queries are failing right up front. Are you both by any chance geographically close? Eastern Canada maybe? Open a command line and enter ipconfig /flushdns. That will clear any local dns cache that may have a flawed record. You also may want to change your DNS server settings. Google has DNS servers at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 that are usually good for at least troubleshooting. As a point of fact, it looks like your Teamspeak is not working perfectly. What IP address or hostname are you using to try and connect to the Open Conflict Teamspeak server?

This community can be discouraging sometimes.

It's Picksking 2.2. Give google a shot with that.

So share the magic....how specifically did you edit the paths?

there should be kill mails too. -
TeamSpeak should be able to resolve openconflictserver.typefrag.com for a connection. Judging by the port number on the IP you provided, that's the OpenConflict server itself.

Is it me or the server? I cannot make a hover rescue. I swear, I'm below treetop height, looking like I'm about to hit the pilot in the head with a skid, and I get that annoying "you are not hovering low enough." Holy crap, I can't be 20' above the slope.

I'm confident that a couple of Viggens with overhead support and protection could penetrate deep enough on Open Conflict to drop a couple racks of bombs on an FOB.
-
I could never get a replay with the Mustang. Usually after takeoff it would gently roll over and fly into the ground. The Viggen however has broken replays all in a class of their own. I leave the parking area and it immediately steers itself onto the grass.

Speed. Gun won't fire at less than 400kmh. It will give an AoA warning if you're too slow for the gun to fire. This assumes the gun has been properly armed, and all pertinent switches have been enabled.

You are a marvelous ambassador for ED's product mirknir, and if it were in my power, I would certainly grant you many special perks to continue your work and success.

If an action bind displays as red, it indicates you have the button already bound to another action.

Thanks grunf....splendid contribution.

working as intended

I haven't yet seen any good, clear description of how to select channel presets, much less change the frequency on the panel.

That would be a password managed by the admin of that particular server. Your DCS password is not suitable for individual TeamSpeak and Multiplayer servers. Except in the event of some bizarre coincidence.

Alright. I at least managed to get the airfield schematics loaded. But this thing is odd. I don't use them much, but still have to scroll past them. And I'm a bit OCD about I guess.
