So we have big black blobs that turn into invisible objects when in combat range and its near impossible to pick them out . When is there going to be a patch to clear this LOD up . its getting very frustrating now . Also ground targets seem hidden until close or near at tree top lever . Constant flying in circles looking for a hint of ground target . In bad weather we as a pilot cant see any hint of target but the AAA and ground units see every thing . Even Tanks are getting dead eye hits . When is this going to be fixed . ?? Also bombs and rockets seem to hit targets yet remain alive or look alive . . Where are the secondary explosions or damage with in distance gone . !!!

It's an old game engine with lots of patches . TAA needs tweaking I get clear lines but ghosting effects and shimmer over all .

AMD cards don't get DLSS or DLAA .

Yep sure is . Needs a good patch to iron it out . I hope it comes very soon as I've gone back too MSAA x 2 . In VR cant have a blurry picture.

Biggest thing with DCS it's a memory hog . Lower textures . If running out of Vram. Use 72hz . Set fps limit to 36 in openxr . Cap your frames. You don't need 60fps in VR , just smooth game play. Use CAS in openxr. SteamVR set to auto .

So this is implemented in game that the door gunners don't fire at hard targets .

I think the delay fusing is broken again . I've set 7.5 delay only for it to go off straight away . tried another delay same results . only one i got working is 3min delay 500kg J . 190

Other flight sims and there are many have addressed the issue with good results . I cant name them because , well because ED don't like it . ??? ED needs too look and see how other flight sims have managed to pull it off . But I'm sure they have already looked . DCS is an old engine with lots of patches over the top . The spotting issue has been here for a long time . I wish we had what Falcon4 has . I guess that's me with a warning again . But ED are trying , yes it needs some work its better on monitor than in VR at this current time . I'm sure ED will get there .

Yes on free - fire and more of a hover than speed . I'll test again . Will it engage T-72 or soft targets only .

Setting fuse delays seems broken again . 8.5 second delay was instant . Another 7,5 second delay on dive bomb when released instant blew up my 190. What is going on . The only fuse i got working was 3 minute delay . Yes can confirm delays are broken in 190 . just taken a 8.5 fuse delay and instant blew up on contact with ground low level attack .

Reading here again . Like I've said some people love the new spotting some don't . For some it works for some it don't . In VR it don't work from my experience. the dots are too big and when with in let's say combat range 3-4 miles the whole dot vanishes , and turns into a ghost . I now got to stay zoomed in or the target is lost . Been testing online in competitive WWII and modern warfare. We all need to wait and see what ED comes up with.

Maybe 57 and probably seen more combat than your keyboard. Get my drift .

Try resetting OpenXR. See if that helps .

This seems odd given that You-tube videos of players are recording their time in servers . I cant even see myself when i start the trk . ill do some more test . As i was online last night . 4Ya server WWII

So I took a right door gunner in Ai . Set to short bursts and free fire . Got engaged from ground forces , turned gunner onto targets but nothing happened. Is Ai working. I can jump into seat and fire myself.

So not in my saved games folder . Multiplayer. Trk . I tried to watch myself from a server . Changed the trk to miz . Changed map options to all and external views . Saved . Changed back to trk. And nothing . All I see is Ai flying around. So is it fixed or am I missing something.

How do you watch a multiplayer trk . ??? I don't see anyone in game on the tracks .

Heat should keep to its promises when selling a product. The A-6 Was a big add-on for the sale of the F14. And years later still no A-6 . One reason I bought the F14 was because of the A6 add-on.

No offence but still waiting for the A-6 Intruder. I bought the Tomcat because A-6 was supposed to be an item . That came with the F14 . I paid full price years back .
