  1. An emitter is an emitter. The AGM-88 can also recognise aircraft radars. At most, one could discuss whether the frequencies are correct.
  2. In DCS you can't hear the difference between TWS or RWS in the RWR yet?
  3. there are some cockpit pictures where you can see the slingload capability on the panels, isn't that valid enough that the Ka-50 was capable of it?
  4. The problem with Air start we cannot say exactly what is going on here, the oil does not seem to be optimally warm yet, which could trigger the error. but that's just my first guess
  5. There is only a start warning for STT. Otherwise not.
  6. ED modules take some of this into account, RB even more. Here are a few points I have observed from your list. I haven't tested everything, so I won't include it. 1. Cell Resolution. I haven't tested it yet. 2. Target’s Aspect. ED,RB,HB 3. Cloud Attenuation. Nope 4. Mutual Interference. RB 5. Range and Speed Errors. RB,HB,ED 6.Fake Targets. RB,ED. Additionally Aircraft flying in formation increase the RCS value and thus drastically increase the probability of detection at long range. Tested with ED and RB, this applies to both. Payload has an influence. RB,HB this applies. ED does not.
  7. I would say the HAD side comes closest and SAM that have you in the active track light up red, you can then shoot at them
  8. wild guess I think that's what DTC will be for.
  9. Even more zoom and resolution and MTT to name 2 things.
  10. In the Russian forum by Chizh
  11. A and D Are on ED's wish list
  12. According to the latest official statements, this will unfortunately not be the case and the pod will be removed
  13. Long existing bug that has been reported several times, the AGM88 goes active in any mode from ~40nm in front of the target area, which often leads to unwanted effects as you have observed.
  14. There is some behaviour regarding TGP/SPI/Maverick. the topic is being investigated.
  15. I have. : As I said, if the missle in the rail, the emitter is recognised and also displayed in the MFD, but this should not be the case.
  16. you use TOO mode in F18. Yes, the Harm sees the emitter when it is on rail, but this should not really be the case if we assume that such emitters should not be recognised by the Harm. It behaves exactly as I said, the AGM88 doesn't even see the EWR, it just flies briefly in the expected direction and then over it because it can't see anything.
  17. The Harm flies briefly in that direction because it uses this information from the host aircraft and tries to see an emitter in that direction, but finds nothing. Tacview-20241104-221922-DCS-HARM2.trk.txt.acmi
  18. Pictures and track from your point of view?
  19. ah this. this is an ‘automatic lead’ All AAAs can do this here too, but I only do it with the ZSU here because it can't do anything else
  20. that looks like 4.5km or so, but the SA19 can only lock targets at ~4km
  21. This has already been reported, some time ago it was still possible.
