  1. I have been registered for several years and have always previously received, but it seems that I am not the only one that didn't received the last one. TBC next week.
  2. Same for me, not received this Friday via e-mail... Possible issue with some customer's e-mail adress. Additionnaly, the date of release on the forum is not the correct one (29 Feb 20 and not on 06 Feb !)
  3. +1  I think that everybody is looking for improving our favorite simulator. For sure not everything is perfect but we have to be patient and happy to enjoy every moment spent on our favorite combat simulator...and dreaming of more improvements.... Let’s be positive, every week we can see positive changes and new things and that’s why we enjoy DCS.:thumbup:
  4. The construction of my simpit Mi-24 having just started I am now faced with a choice: Sale of my Ka-50 simpit or complete destruction with just a few recoveries of switches, screens and others ... So here is my last price: 750 € The offer runs until March 31. After that will be disassembly and destruction...
  5. Same for me ! Issues are normal after a new update and communications from ED are more than welcome... Thx to Nineline and Bignewy for giving us support and update :smilewink:
  6. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4222655&postcount=2296 If you translate his message, a small team is still working on it. But for sure, they need more people to boost the project...but is seems that currently ED has other priorities like the F-18/F-16, the P-47, the 2.6 version, carrier module,... We can just hope that these projects will be enough developed in the near future and that some ressources will be allocated to the Hind module.... The Mi-24 was announced by ED for 2020, so still 10 months to go :smilewink: We can only encourage them for the work to come
  7. Team is still working on the Mi-24  From the russian forum :https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4222655&postcount=2296 And with a new sceenshot (most probably coming from the manual):thumbup:
  8. From Kate Perederko (chief operating officer ED) on Reddit : модуль находится в пассивной разработке .... менее чем через два месяца после объявления от ED, в котором упоминается, что модуль Ми-24 будет выпущен в 2020 году ... Я полагаю, что мы все еще можем ожидать дополнительную задержку ... еще одну для этого модуля ......
  9. Thxxxx A said on the 01 Jan 20, if the Mi-24 module is released on 31 Dec 20, it's still fine for me...:smilewink: BUT, if we have to wait, another two or three years, that's for sure, my anger will rain down on ED !! Ok all is subject to change but the Mi-24 Hind was so many times announced and so many times delayed...And if you announce begin of Jan 20 that the module will be released during 2020, I can not imagine that less than two months later, the Mi-24 module, was "one more time" put on old. This would just be an example of the mess they're in the ED planning & process
  10. Passive development...What's your source ??? Last news from ED regarding the Mi-24 Hind module : release in 2020 !
  11. Definitely VKB Gunfighter with extension. I flew for a few years on Robinson 22. I have just acquired the VKB and this stick is "very" sensitive as it was for my cyclic stick in the Robinson.
  12. Little update of the last few weeks. A lot of parts have been made with the 3D printer. - Selector for color flares - fuses - fuse case (41x) - Rounded piece (utility ??) but present in all panels in the cockpit The seat is under construction at the blacksmith and should be finished next week, all that's left to do is to do the painting work and add the cushions. To be continued...
  13. I will stay on the 2.5.5 version only because of this mod. For me it's the best one in DCS !
  14. I made the same observation in another post. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4212742&postcount=13
  15. It could be interesting in the future to include such Add-ons in their updates instead of creating more buggs and issues. I am only an user and I am thinking on all the people that have spend so much times in creating magnificient add-ons to improve ED products. I think that we are all looking for the best of this simulator. Matt as well as all the people working or ED but also all the others that are working for free but sharing the same goal... Team spirit ! The entire community is working beside ED not against it... Open beta, all is in the title description, for sure...but there is as minimum to delivery. When you look on the comments after the 2.5.6 release, a lot of people get angry...again... The buggs in the open beta versions go back to ED thanks to the jobs carried out by some users...So why not simply assimilate some of the achievements made by the latter and very much appreciated by the community? Only one exemple : VPC Airfield equipment. This add-on is used since a very long time by a large number of simers because you can build a very realistic environment in and around airbases. This Add-on exist since a very long time. It was never incorporated in DCS and an update was most of the times necessary after a DCS update...
  16. it's a shame to see how ED changes its directories with every update. It seems that this is partly done to prevent some add-ons from working. Many of them give a more realistic and detailed environment and boom new update and you have to start all over again. When I see the number of returns concerning the bugs of this update, I wonder if it's ED who does the job or if it's the users who send back the bugs to be fixed... It is clear that for the continuation we will generalize any production of ED has an unfinished product which initially brings only enormous problems to function correctly. For my part I never install the updates directly, I wait at least one month, to allow me to have a correct version to download... I admit it's the easy solution but I'm fed up with having to spend hours on the simu to detect problems and make them come up...in short, to do the job of ED...
  17. The screen or indicator be part of the Doppler navigation system. Prior to takeoff, a flight map had to be entered in the indicator and the scale of the map set. Precise position is possible with maps on 1:/200.000. So it's more than a map box...
  18. 209 pages A lot of nice and new pictures Chapter 6 : Mi-24 in combat (30 pages) For the other chapters check the pictures
  19. Very recently edited and just received...:) Waouawwww the most beautifull and complete book on the Mi-24 that I have ever seen !!:thumbup:
  20. Yes indeed, and I have to just add...just 0.08 seconds compared to other ongoing projects seen a lot of times in the video...like the P-47, the mosquito and the Ju-88... My conclusion : Feb 20 and still nothing to show on the Mi-24 !
  21. Great job and respect for the work already done. I am just starting my Mi-24 simpit to...News will come in the future...:)
  22. If you want the discussion on the Hind module go to this page : https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=193715 Regarding the last news on the Hind module...we have to wait, wait and wait. 3 to 5 screenshots during the last 3-4 years. The module is announced for 2020 but when we look on the progress of other modules, like the P-47 and the mosquito, another delay is possible... A lot of people are quiet disappointed by the non-communication of ED linked to this module. Currently, none screenshots on the new exterior model. No movies either, just a few screenshots of the cockpit --> Check the Newsletter and you will have ALL the information regarding the Hind module.
  23. Yeahhhh, that's a great news ! After 2019 and the significant number of new "Jets", 2020 will become the "chopper year" in DCS !! BO-105, OH-58 Kiowa, Mi-24 Hind,...:):):)
