  1. It's an older bug report and it doesn't include all the weapons that cause the bug. I got directed here from the discord as I was told it hadn't yet been reported
  2. Normally, after enabling the Bullseye option in the BULL page, your position relative to Bullseye should be displaying on the bottom left of the HUD, similarly to how it is displayed on the HSD and FCR pages. This works fine with most weapons loaded in all the different master modes. However with HARMs, JDAMs, JSOWs or WCMDs loaded the ownership bullseye position will not show up on the HUD, regardless of the master mode. Tracks show an air start F-16 enabling the Bullseye option and cycling through the different master modes. The AMRAAM track displays the normal situation, with the other 4 showing the situation with their respective weapons loaded. Reproducing the bug is as simple as loading up any of these 4 weapon types and enabling the Bullseye option in the BULL page. Game version is: 2.7.7.15038 Open Beta F16_bulls_bug_AMRAAM.trk F16_bulls_bug_HARM.trk F16_bulls_bug_JDAM.trk F16_bulls_bug_JSOW.trk F16_bulls_bug_WCMD.trk
  3. You mean the EHSI? It's situated between your legs. Parts of it like heading, direction to steerpoint and range are basically always reflected on the HUD, so it doesn't have a seperate page like it does on the F/A-18. For the F-18 the HSI page has a lot of functions outside of being the HSI, the F-16 does most of those functions through the DED pages (like changing steerpoint location, altitude warning, tacan/ils settings)
  4. Modifying CMDS files should be fine for exploits, you're just modifying the counter measure profiles Mods\aircraft\F-16C\Cockpit\Scripts\EWS\CMDS\device\CMDS_ALE47.lua for the F-16C Mods\aircraft\FA-18C\Cockpit\Scripts\TEWS\device\CMDS_ALE47.lua for the F/A-18C
  5. " Dear all, A little update on HARM loading. After being provided ample evidence from those in the know, we have adjusted loading of the AGM-88. Whilst it will still be possible to load HARMs on the four stations, HARMs loaded on STA 4 and 6 will have no umbilical connection, and thus no communication with the MC. As such, you are fee to carry them, as indicated in some images and a loading chart, but they cannot be employed. We expect this to be in a July 2021 update. Also for July, you can expect the AGM-154A. CBU-103 and CBU-105 will probably be in August. Kind regards, Wags" It's in the patchnotes too and this mini update was provided a few weeks ago
  6. I doubt it, it's not priority and it shouldn't be even if it can be coded quickly. Maybe once the F-16 gets more devs there'll be space for quick-code smaller features
  7. Thread revival time?
  8. We're still waiting for the Hornet to come out of EA. BIGNEWY said it's undergoing a FM evaluation (as is the F-16), so there might still be work left in that area. Not sure if they've already shuffled devs internally, I suppose the weapon devs don't work on the FM much so they wouldn't need to stay on the F-18 when weapons are done. Stay tuned for the newsletter announcement, I think that's where it will get announced SoonTM
  9. +1 soooo much Punching in 50 different settings and waypoints before every single flight in the F-16, F-18 or A-10C is such a dealbreaker, and most often is necessary on multiplayer and even singleplayer missions. Getting the Apache is a hard no for me till we get DTC functionality, it'll just be more obscure file editing and MFD-mashing before I even get airborne.
  10. Title, pretty much. What I've seen the HARMs do is this: fly straight for a second or so after launch, then fly 100% straight to the target. It is in accordance to what Wags has shown. No arc down onto the target, no parabolic flight from launch? I know the FOV is limited and you have no real range data, but the Hornet with TOO mode doesn't seem to care about these limitations either? What gives? I can't seem to get a good answer, but is this how it actually works?
  11. Yeah but I'm looking for a solution that I won't have to wait 2 years for
  12. Does anyone happen to know in what file I can edit the default MFD pages for the master modes? I did some digging under Mods/aircraft/F-16C/Cockpit/Scripts, but I can't find anything there even though the CMDS programs are there.
  13. Yes yes yes yes. It's been a year since they teased a DTC-like settings menu for the Hornet and it's so necessary. The only way to tune stuff to your liking is to change it in the .lua files. A DTC for these kind of settings + a waypoint/target planner would make flying these jets so much more fun, especially on missions or servers where waypoints are not set properly.
  14. Do you plan to release the module in 'Early Access' the way Eagle Dynamics has done with the F/A-18C and F-16CM, or will you release it a (mostly) completed state like Deka Ironworks' JF-17 and previous modules done by Belsimtek (when they were seperate from Eagle Dynamics)?
  15. You can find the file for all the programs (including the bypass and AUTO ones) in this file: C:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\F-16C\Cockpit\Scripts\EWS\CMDS\device\CMDS_ALE47.lua I do have to say, the programs certainly are odd (especially the Bypass one)
  16. Is that a recreation of Vliegbasis Leeuwarden?
  17. The list does say it's subject to change. They already added the TALD to post-EA, so I don't see why they couldn't add the Skipper II
  18. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AGM-123_Skipper_II Are we getting this? The AGM-123 Skipper II (in short) is a rocket propelled Mk-83 fitted with a LGB Paveway package, used on A-6s, F/A-18s and A-7s in an anti-ship role (according to wikipedia). 19. So, why did you guys ditch the discount (that you promised in the FAQ and is now edited away)?
  20. The first sound is an RWR tone, AI status change tone. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3495608&postcount=15 this is a good post for RWR sounds and their examples.
  21. You read it incorrectly. We are getting the first 2 (the HARM and ATFLIR) THIS year, not in 2 years). The year is almost half over.
  22. I doubt it to be honest. When you check out, they say that due to the nature of the product (software) a refund is not available. Never hurts to make a ticket though.
  23. We might get one, but someone said ED will be holding off because people will dislike it if they miss dates. We do already know that HARMs and the ATFLIR pod are at top priority, along with the radar TWS and other a-a modes. We will likely be getting at least the first 2 this year
  24. You said it yourself. NVGs are not ready yet on the Hornet (according to MagzTV)
