mmm , secondo me no , nel senso , ogni radar avrà le sue caratteristiche e logica di scansione. Presumo che l'API dia a disposizione degli strumenti per "interpretare" il radar che vai a simulare. Difatti dubito che Heatblur possa essersi inventata il raycasting e il multi-thread senza che ED a monte non lo abbia previsto.

I boresight dei Maverick sono una cosa che non auguro nemmeno al mio peggior nemico. Spero che quelli di questo F18 siano già allineanti con l'ATFLIR o che ci sia l'allineamento al SPI come sull'A10.

I think it's about the debugging part. Maybe they will work on LTWS after radar is stable.

For AWACS you can always do the same request again. For JTAC the function is already there. ATC is the problem, if you miss the runway heading ( for example ) you cant have that information again.

It will be an A-A TACAN not a ground one...

You should even find the correct approach pattern to the runway in the kneeboard.

Never had a problem in the 4-5 times I tried it. Is the tanker already knowing your intent to refuel? You ordered him to refuel before you or after? I always tried with the tanker with the probe out and after me.

M2000C will have a huge update next year , new 3d models ( cockpit and pilot based on 3d scans) and updated avionics based on new info. It will be quite like having a new module.

Tra Viggen , F14 e , forse in futuro , l'A6 hanno tanta carne al fuoco per anni che non credo sia nei loro piani se non da qua a 3 anni minimo.

It could be unrelated with the F18 but the "primary" tech (raycasting and multithread) could be the same...

Just one little thing.When using NVG you should be able to always see the HMS focused and not blurred when you look inside the cockpit.

Questa cosa mi preoccupa , nel senso , faccio un esempio pratico: Razbam ha già intenzione di riprendere in mano il M2000C per aggiornarlo ai nuovi standard. Scansione 3d , rifacimento di cockpit-pilota-aereo , nuove funzionalità e sistemazione delle attuali con le nuove info, etc... il tutto gratis................................. per un modulo sicuramente non finitissimo ma stabile e uscito da EA da parecchio che probabillmente ha già venduto quello che doveva vendere. Questa cosa non sta in piedi a livello di business, soprattutto per 3rd party con risorse limitate e con la capacità di estinguersi e darsi alla macchia in poco tempo vedi VEAO oggi... Idem con patate per i vari assetts ( escluso quello WWII ) che comunque ci troviamo negli update ma che possono essere usufruiti anche da chi si scarica gratuitamente DCS... In pratica molte delle cose sviluppate vengono sostenute dal costo dei moduli ma di per se basta anche prendere FC3 in sconto a pochi € per godere di un continuo aggiornamento di tutto. Boh. Spero almeno la campagna dinamica non rientri in questa logica , DCS si gioca il suo futuro su questa feature.
